  Very comfortable and clean room

  We stayed here on our return trip from Colorado. After driving for about 8 hours he was very nice to stay in a safe, clean room. The bed is so comfy...I want one for my home. We also took advantage of the breakfast, it was very tasty. WILL definitely be staying here again.

  All pros, no cons!!!

  One of the better hotels that I have stayed in. Plush bedding, great shower, and great lighting all over. Some places fall short on those expectations. Seemed like a new place or had just been updated. It is right on the Missouri River.

  All great , clean, everyone was nice. Could have served breakfast longer on Sunday but not a deal beaker, Definitely will go back and recommend to others- -I think 200 characters for a review is Over kill trip advisor

  Fabulous weekend

  Rita at the front desk is spectacular!!! Room was clean! View is amazing!!! Highly recommend reservations for the adjoining room 476! Great dining room table, fridge and bar sink. Only downside, freezing cold air under the heater in the bedroom!!!

  Clean, but not always comfortable

  I stayed for 3 nights during a cold snap in February. The hotel seemed to be doing the right things in terms of COVID safety (plenty of signage, contactless when possible, my room seemed clean). Staff was friendly, especially at breakfast. Breakfast seems to have an egg option (one day scrambled, the next day little cheese omelettes), Fellow guests were all over the board in terms of mask compliance. At least once, I chose to exit the elevator that I'd been the only guest in, when another family helped themselves to my space. In the room, my AC / heat unit really couldn't make up its mind. Eventually, I settled on 75° as the setting on the wall thermostat, in hopes of not being frozen out. But several times, the A/C kicked on, when I'm certain the room was nowhere near warm enough to warrant it. So I wore my winter jacket in the room when it was on (most of the time). That was really my major irritation. Maybe the cold temps of the outside of the wall that that the air unit is on was throwing things off. I did pop into the casino (the hotel is connected via an enclosed walkway) on a Saturday night, but didn't stay long, as I was willing to gamble my money but not my health. Very few masks were being worn correctly, if at all. If I had cause to be in the area again, I'd be happy to stay here, but I'd bring something warmer to lounge around in while in the room.
