  Un personal excepcional

  El personal de este hotel es de lo mejor que he visto en mi vida. Siempre tan atentos y dispuesto a ayudar con lo que necesites. No me volveré a quedar en ningún otro hotel cuando visite la zona de Cincinati.

  Te encantará

  Mi marido y yo pasamos el fin de semana pasado, del 20 al 21 de abril de 2007, en el Holiday Inn ya que estábamos en la ciudad para asistir a una boda. Era todo lo que podrías desear, a saber: equipo de aire acondicionado silencioso y eficiente, un servicio atento y rápido, camas cómodas, con almohadas de lujo, televisión con una buena señal de recepción, un baño limpio, sin ruido a pesar de que los equipos de estudiantes de bachillerato se hospedaban allí, además de una buena comida. El hotel y el paisaje son preciosos, con una fuente espectacular en el vestíbulo. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí. Es un hotel de primera clase que aunque vale setenta y cinco euros parece de ciento cincuenta.

  Muy buen hotel

  Es un muy buen hotel, con una ubicación perfecta si se quiere conocer la ciudad, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, el personal es muy amable, el área de piscina es muy agradable, en general todo estuvo muy bien, sin duda regresaría.

  Beyond Disappointed

  We stayed here the night of the 5th. It was the last time we will ever stay here. It is dated, dirty, and the website falsely advertises a hot tub that is no longer operating. We stayed in room 501. The carpets were dingy, the furniture was dated, old, and musty smelling. The walls have gashes and paint chipped away everywhere. The ceilings has cobwebs, the door in the bathroom had big gashes in them that looked like they tried to patch them but made it look way worse. The bath tub bottom is worn. There were so many odds and ends that are worn and old, down to the "jaccuzi" sticker on the operating switch on the wall. The windows and mirrors had fingerprints and dust caked on. The tv's are very old and the channel listings aren't correct on many of the channels. It was all around pretty unsettling. We went down to the pool and the hot tub was drained and not operating, even though the picture on the website showed the hot tub still operating, and there was no note stating otherwise. In the middle of the night, there was very loud arguing in the hallway, screaming and cursing for quite a while. We tried to call the front desk twice with no answer. Obviously we couldn't go downstairs, we were scared because the arguing was right outside the door. We felt trapped. My two young granddaughters couldn't sleep the whole time. It was just awful and so upsetting. We've been here a few times over the past couple years and its gone downhill so much just in that short time. This will be our last stay. -Beth W

  WOW! GREAT STAFF GREAT SERVICE!

  I cannot say enough about these people! Darla and Austin at the desk are top notch they helped answer any question I had, they have amazing customer service! Give these awesome people a raise! McKennas Restaurant was some of the best pa sta I have ever had. it was a really nice and clean atmosphere! I felt safe and noticed a security guard patrolling the parkinglot as well as one inside the building. My family and I will always stay here when passing through.
