  Convenient Location

  This modern Holiday Inn is an ideal home base for a visit to Biltmore and Biltmore Village! The rooms are fresh and comfortable, featuring above average storage space and great bath and bed linens. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only recommendation is perhaps holding on taking phone reservations while there is a line of guests waiting to check in.

  Just a little get away

  We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites for 2 nights while we visited the Biltmore estate to look at Christmas decorations. We felt very safe during our stay, we ate at the hotel several times, the food and drinks were great, and we would definitely recommend. Our hostess Kisha in the café was so nice and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

  Mother Daughter Trip

  Super clean and spacious rooms. Friendly accommodating staff with great on site breakfast and dinner. Kisha served breakfast every morning and is just amazing. We looked forward to seeing her every morning. She has a way of making you feel very special and you can tell she enjoys her job. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back when in the Asheville area.

  Clean, economical, convenient, perfect for a visit to Biltmore Estate

  We visited Biltmore Estate's Candlelight Christmas on December 26th. We stayed one night at this hotel but I wish it had been more. From making the reservation to checkout the experience was easy and pleasant. The staff at the front desk were some of the friendliest I have encountered when travelling. The hotel was spotless, and when I say spotless I mean it. The carpets were clean, the elevators clean, the parking deck clean. The room was perfect for our family of 5. We got the 2 BR presidential suite and the cost was less than 2 separate rooms! We had 2 king rooms, 2 baths and a kitchen/den combo with a pull out sofa. The bath amenities were Bath and Body works...yum! The bed was very comfortable. I highly suggest this perfectly convenient location if you are planning a trip to visit Asheville, particularly Biltmore House. It was quite literally 2 minutes from the gatehouse. This location has a parking garage so if you go in the winter your car doesn't have to sit in the snow. There are plenty of restaurants very nearby. Starbucks is just across the street and a very good burger place, Juicy Lucy was just a mile or so down the road.

  Excellent, spacious, clean and great price

  We stayed in the Presidential Suite with 2 bedrooms (each with a King size bed) and it was one of the best stays I've had in a long time. So close to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, the kitchen/living area was huge and everything was so clean. It even had a connected balcony for each room. The prices was well within our budget for what we received. Though the breakfast was very expensive, the food was delicious. Wish we would have stayed longer but I know where we'll stay when we go back to the Biltmore!
