  Although the hotel was under major renovations, our family was never inconvenienced. Rather we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful employees wanting to make our stay a memorable one. A particular employee, Carly, treated us and her fellow colleagues with respect and kindness, even when she wasn't aware of us watching her. Thank you!

  Worst ever

  Under major construction. Chaos everywhere. Resurfacing tubs smell so strong cant breathe. One working safe elevator. Asked check in person to be as far away from construction as possible. Put us within three rooms of major stuff. lobby and amenities total mess. Said we received a reduced rate $100should be free. Manager was rude said they warned about the renovations. Place should be closed completely until complete. Impossible for disabled to navigate. If you have breathing problems could trigger total failure.

  More like a construction site than hotel

  I was scheduled to spend 3 nights here for a tournament this past weekend and it was a disaster. Upon check-in, the customer in front of us was complaining of a gas smell in his room. The manager at the desk was inattentive to his concerns and told him that his maintenance man was working on closing vents because it was the smell was coming from the laundry room. The gentlemen tried to further state his displeasure and concerns and the manager just ignored him. While we were checking in another call came in about the smell of gas. It turned out to be a guest in our group and she was treated as badly as the other guest. The guest in our group finally had the fire department called due to the concerns and they came to check the situation. The rest of our rooms smelled of paint. Some of the smells were so strong rooms had to be changed. At first, the manager tried to tell guests the hotel was sold out and no rooms could be changed but that story changed after the fire dept. came. The lobby was freezing and an open construction site with just black plastic hanging all around. On our floor, there was a door to the construction area that was propped open with a water bottle that could have easily been accessed by a child. Other areas just had the black plastic curtain separating the construction area. Actually the curtain was pulled back and you could see the construction in progress. On Saturday morning the construction workers were working on the property and construction materials were be wheeled through the hallways. The only thing positive about the hotel during our stay was the staff at the makeshift breakfast room. The staff we had on Saturday morning was very attentive and helpful. Also, the front desk staff on Saturday allowed our group to check out after check out time so we could move to another hotel, The room we had although smelly from the new paint was nice and good sized. The bathroom was updated nicely and the beds were comfortable. Maybe a nice hotel once construction is finished but until then avoid.

  Confirmation#47212337 Room 404 my room was never made during my stay. The restroom floors were dirty. BartenderGreat service Front desk staff very nice and attentive. Overall it is a good hotel to stay!!

  Friendly staff with great breakfast

  I spent a week here for business. The room was clean and amenities nice. The hotel was undergoing a transformation from Holiday Inn to Hilton. It has close access to the interstate. The breakfast buffet was very nice with great service, it is not included with the room (maybe $10). I would stay here again.
