  Love it

  We have stayed here before and we love this motel. With that being said, will you PLEASE not have some foreigner from who knows where, that cannot understand or speak English take our reservations?!! I called several times to make reservations and it was a joke. Finally my husband called and in the end they still did not get the rooms right. We love the pool and hot tub, its not too huge and the kids have so much fun on the lily pad things. If it a busy night it does get a little too full. Breakfast is great, you get vouchers and can eat at the restaurant hooked onto the motel. Super good food and friendly service in there. Quiet and prompt. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are honestly the best motel beds Ive ever slept on. I hope the motel continues to feel super clean, j know its a newer motel so thats why I feel comfortable staying here. It unfortunately is a ways away from the mall and other shopping but Its worth it. It is very close to the runway so all the arriving planes do fly in close by but it didnt bother me. My kids loved watching them.

  Traveling out west

  This is our first stop on a trip out west and it was perfect. This hotel was clean and quiet with a friendly staff. It had a golf course outback which looked quite enjoyable if We had a little more time. They had a restaurant connected that was very nice as well. This is a very fair price hotel with a great location and comfortable accommodations. I would recommend it and probably stop by next time Im in the area for a visit.

  Nice hotel

  The room was very clean. Everything was 1st rate. Since Covid-19 we wiped stuff with Clorox wipes anyway, but staff were seen cleaning things. Great location across ftom the event center. A little on the high side $$ wise but worth it.

  Beautiful place, great staff

  Great beautiful hotel with really good restaurant attached. Friendly and helpful staff and nice big room. Stayed for four nights for mini vacation. Hotel looks pretty new and entry was beautiful and a nice place to relax.

  Surprising quality

  My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Sioux Falls-Airport at the beginning of February. We were there for two nights with a large group. The quality of the hotel was surprising as it was much better than I had anticipated. The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was ridiculously comfortable, the "black out" shades were divine, and I was pleased with the quality of the restroom features as well. I truly did not anticipate this level of quality from a Holiday Inn. The one downside to this particular weekend was the fact that the hotel had no real way to accommodate a group our size for getting together in the evenings for drinks and socializing. It would be nice if there was some sort of conference room area for this as they didn't like us being in the rooms, but didn't want us in the lobby either. The group was roughly 40 people, so there is going to be volume when drinks/socializing happen, so I understand the disturbance factor from the rooms. A specified area for this type of gathering would be great because no one wants to get out of the hotel when it's -10 degrees.
