    Excelente hotel para descansar con toda la comodidad y con un bar para tomar algo en el lobby, muy buen servicio y atención. Parqueadero suficiente con un lugar para conferencias bastante completo. 100% recomendado

    Shabby furniture, dirty carpeting, mask policy not adhered to by staff or guests

    Holiday Inns are part of the InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) which promotes its Way of Clean practices and policies to assure guests of the highest standards during the coronavirus pandemic. Unfortunately, this hotel is not on board. We were traveling with our small dog and booked here because of the reassurances of IHGs Way of Clean masks required indoors, special cleaning of rooms, and we were told 24-48 hours between room bookings. Their generous cancellation policy (available until 5 p.m. day of arrival) and reasonable pet fee ($25) further sold us and it was along our route. The first surprise was that I needed to hand over my drivers license to the front desk person in order to confirm our pre-arranged booking. When I balked at this, he offered to sanitize his hands and then was carefulbut really, in the age of coronavirus? Plus, Im a member of their guest program, so all my details are in their computer. Just the previous night, wed stayed at another major hotel chain and checkin was simple, quick, and involved only holding up my license to the staff person to confirm. Guests in this hotel walk around inside without masks in the hallways, from the pool, etc. We didnt realize this until wed moved our stuff in. I went to the desk to ask about the mask policy and the two young women said oh yes, theyre required (and they were wearing them) but said the couple whod just passed me sans masks had forgotten them. So heres a rule for traveling right now...take a walk around and make sure guests are following the policy and staff are vigilant. My husband saw a family come in all without masks. Yes, there were signs on the door but staff arent enthused about it and this translates to being lax. If you are a traveler with physical limitations, be very careful. We ended up with an accessible room, not a problem, but truly the accommodations were laughable. The tub was at least 12 high. The sink was standard height and it wouldnt drain. I doubt you could get in the bathroom with a walker. The bed was so high I had to hike myself in. The furniture is old, worn and outdated. There was only one night table; the other side had no light or table. Theyre still doing those curly-q energy savers with mercury, the generation before LEDs. The carpeting was soiled and very old. There was a popcorn ceiling, probably from the asbestos era. It was depressing. The room was uncomfortable. When I checked out the next morning, the young man on desk duty came out with his mask hanging off his ear. He never put it on. We will never stay at this Holiday Inn, or any other, again. Their standardsfor health and for the franchisesare just too low, too uncaring and during a pandemic, dangerous.

    Ok hotel

    The location is ok but its close to the casino, the room was ok we had a room where we can go to the outside pool from our room, we heard running water threw the pipes that I heard at night, the ceiling had water stains on them, the food in the restaurant was great but it took a long time for the food to come out. Overall I will recommend

    Weekend Stay

    Was there this previous weekend (9-18 to 9-20) for baseball tournament. The hotel and room were all good...no concerns about COVID..Hotel was. clean...hand sanitizer available throughout..social distancing reminders everywhere. The only problem we had was with one bed in our room (259) It is obviously broken..one of those where you sink in the hole and spend your night clawing your way out! As I said overall we were happy with our stay..also had breakfast Sat morning...portions were large..my Philly eggs were delish and the price was extremely reasonable! PS Our grandson was in the other bed ..and I always take the bed closest to the window.

    Clean and Comfortable

    Strange times need a lot of precautions and I must say that this hotel have all safeguards needed for Covid 19. We stayed for 2 nights and felt very safe and comfortable. There are signs everywhere requiring guests to wear face mask and maintain social distancing. Hand sanitizers are also available at several locations. When we checked in, the receptionist had the mask on and was very helpful. We were given a room with pool view on third floor. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. After settling down, we went to saloon for dinner. The hostess was doing very nice job. We were told that drinks were only served with food at the table and no drinks are served at the bar as per state law. We noticed that one guest came without mask and she handed him a complementary mask by telling him that she can not allow him without mask. I was very impressed. We enjoyed our dinner with a couple of drinks. Our stay was excellent. Overall, its a nice place to stay and I would highly recommend.
