  Wasn't Impressed for the Price

  Was asked to stay here for a business trip and did. The price was twice the amount of the similar Best Western just down the road (and the BW serves free breakfast which this place does not). The room was fine but a load thumping noise occurred in the bathroom walls at like 3am both nights I was there (not from the adjoining room but like the pipes or something in the wall). The check in person was very friendly. The wi-fi is free only if you are a rewards member. The hotel is located next to a bunch of restaurants and one on-site as well. I'd recommend the BW down the road for a better experience at half the cost.

  Hotel grout thinking it was ash. Charge card $200 for "smoking"

  Terrible service. The entire 2nd floor smelled like loud. The room looked nice until the heat did NOT work. I had my BABY with me. Luckily it wasn't cold in there. There was broken grout in between the tiles that was covering the bathroom floor. I looked at my account and they had charged me for smoking in the room. Stating there was ashes on the floor. They were from their crappy tile job. First off I had my BABY with me. Why would I smoke with my baby with me and WHY in the world would I smoke in a hotel room knowing there was a $200 dollar fee. The management has refused to answer my calls, nor call me back. I will NOT let them take my money when in fact I did NOT smoking in their hotel room. I guess I should have complained about their poor service and the smell of the hotel the heat not working and that the grout from the tiles covered my feet when i got out of the shower.

  Will not stay again

  There is no way i would stay at this hotel again. Stayed there for 2 nights for a baseball tournament. The room looked ok when we went in. Got our bags put away and had to use the restroom. 1 towel in the bathroom, no kleenex, so I went to use some toilet paper, well that didn't get far because there was less than 1/4 roll in the bathroom. Later that evening, I dropped something on the floor between the beds and unfortunately I looked under the bed for what I dropped. BIG MISTAKE! It was absolutely disgusting. Price tags from clothing, popcorn, peanuts, other garbage which I could not make out and a cheese curd. That was just under 1 bed. Under the other bed there was more garbage, a cap from a soda bottle and some other stuff that we unidentified. I called the front desk to make a complaint, hoping they would send someone to clean the room and I was told "OK, I will add it to the list for that room" To the list? So what else was going on that they knew about and just decided to not do anything about. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place.

  IF U STAY HERE, CK.YOUR BED FIRST!!!

  If I could put a negative number here you bet I would. The pictures you see are what you see on & under our sheets upon entering our room. And yes, those are liquor bottles. Even though I let the hotel executive office aware of this I haven't received any sort of apology. My husband stays at Holiday Inns, or should I say stayed, for all his business trips, so we have many visits with IHG. You'd think they'd be a little nicer, we were very polite, & very kind to them. Maybe they took advantage of us because we're seniors, don't know. Just very sad about this experience.

  Perfect weekend getaway

  We were looking for a less-crowded family getaway. We reserved the King Loft Suite and it was perfect for our family of 4. Kids are 4 & 6. There are two twin beds and a big bean bag bed in the loft for the kids. A spiral staircase leads to the loft. There is also a TV and DVD player, game rugs and three bean bag chairs. There is a bathroom up there as well with a shower. The master suite has a king bed and bathroom with a tub and shower, TV and small sitting area. The main space has a pull out sofa, TV, wet-bar area with cabinets, microwave, Keurig and mini fridge. The fridge was large enough for a gallon of milk and bottles of water. There is also a dining table. The decor was updated, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly! The pool/water park area was perfect for our younger kids but older kids might not find it as fun. We will definitely be back! Lots of good food choices nearby as well. The restaurant was not open due to COVID so we didnt get to try it.
