  Muy buen lugar para quedarse en Garland. Queda a un costado de la carretera por lo que es fácil moverse desde ahí. Lo malo es el transporte, que si no tienes un auto arrendado será difícil moverse. Las piezas son cómodas.

  Okay for a short stay as a business traveler

  The interior is not really fresh and the whole hotel comes with a certain smell. But you get used to it during your stay. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but the bed was clean and comfortable, AC worked well and so did the Wifi. So overall, just spending time here to sleep and take a shower in the morning, it was okay. Breakfast service was very friendly and food was good as well. Hotel officially offers a shuttle bus, but upon arrival I was told there was none. Only after another guest claiming the same, we got the transfer.

  Terrible customer service

  This hotel was awful! When we first arrived our toilet was stopped up. We called and they sent someone up to plunge it and we thought it was fixed. Then a couple of hours later my husband used the toilet and it stopped up again. They sent someone back who plunged it and then used some other machine and said he had it fixed. It seemed fine and then I got up in the middle of the night and it wouldn't flush again! My husband and I both had to go downstairs to use the toilet in the morning. I went and told the woman at the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do. Didn't offer to refund our room or do anything to accommodate us. When I told her I thought that would reflect poorly on the hotel in a review she said, "Well that's on them not me. I just work here." Terrible experience!!!!! The hotel was new but it was dirty. The carpet in the hallway and in our room needed to be vacuumed and there was hair in our shower! What could be a very nice hotel is just terrible because of staff!

  Nice hotel

  The hotel is nice and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a very nice area. The location is directly on the feeder of the highway and very close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

  Quick trip into town for a concert

  We had a very quick flight in and out of town for a big concert. We LOVED the hotel, so clean and up to date furnishings. Quiet hallways and cool rooms made our afternoon nap and sleep a joy. Shower/tub was a little slick. We could have used a USB port but we were fine. Pool was beautiful but we forgot our suits. Check in was lovely and kind. A little off the path on the exit kind of behind the Outback but we got it quickly.
