  Excellent Location & Reservation Supervisor

  The family stayed at Holiday Inn Express Yang Zhou for two nights during April . Being both SPG Platinum and Hilton Diamond, this was actually our first IHG hotel stay and it certainly did not disappoint. We picked this hotel for its unique location which was pretty much within walking distance of all the attractions: Slender West Lake, Dong Guan Jie, Ge Yuan, He Yuan and a few nice cultural breakfast (Zao Cha) places. Special thanks to Maggie, the hotel's reservation supervisor for assisting us with booking the one and only 'Hello Kitty' themed room (formerly family room). Interestingly, we could not actually book this via the official IHG website so I called Maggie directly from Australia and we really appreciated Maggie in helping us with this. This room was wonderful, everything was Hello Kitty, with a balcony and tent, and my little girl absolutely loved it! Breakfast was better than expected as well. It was definitely not as fancy as 5-star hotels, but considering that it was complimentary and relative to other 3-4 star hotels, it was not bad. Ye Chun is just across the road as well and we went there for breakfast one morning. The only downside to the hotel is that it's not smoke free. Even for smoke free rooms, guests still smoked in the corridors. Overall a very nice stay in an unique and excellent room, at a super convenient location in Yang Zhou.

  a decent hotel

  The location is good near the main tourist site. The room is OK. The service is just fine, nothing to be highlighted. Yeah basically it's just a OK place to stay if you are visiting Yangzhou. I tried DiDI, this is an Uber like cell phone APP, to call a local driver. And he kind of rude on the way to the railway station. So better avoid to use DiDi in Yangzhou. That's my personal advice.

  Great location and value for money

  The hotel located just at the very centre of the city, you could go to most tourism attractions just by walking . And the price was cheap but always keep the IHG standard, comfortable beds and helpful staffs .

  Ideal por comodidad y ubicación

  Hotel bien ubicado, habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas, lavadora y secadora a disposición y también servicio de lavandería, buen desayuno, buen servicio. Está cerca de varias atracciones turísticas.

  Great hotel but so cold

  We stayed here for just one night. The executive lounge is very nice and quiet, a great place for a business meeting. The rooms a very spacious and clean. The shower is amazing. Breakfast had a good selection of western and Asian foods. I will be back soon.
