  Waited two hours for very poor food.

  Ordered a special from the menu and a burger. Waited more than 2 hours for food to arrive. Ordered a Dominoes delivered to the hotel bar as the food was so poor. Room was ok though. Clean with all the expected amenities.

  A Nice Hotel

  A very good hotel, service was excellent, and very helpful in reception. the location was just outside the town, and easy access to the motorway junctions. Will recommend and use again in the future when in the area.

  Excellent.

  Stayed during a business trip. Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities and full air conditioning (a rare luxury in most budget/similar hotels). Hotel bar/restaurant was surprisingly very good and the staff were very polite and attentive. Ample onsite parking and good location for Wigan town centre and onwards. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Great value for family visit

  Stayed one night at a ridiculously low rate for family visit. This hotel is not in a stunning location but that is not its intention. It appears brand new, inside and out, but is actually 2 years old. Check in was friendly and efficient and we were quickly in our lovely room. It was large, modern, well equipped and very comfortable. There was a large smart tv in the room, along with iron and ironing board plus tea and coffee making facilities. You would be more than happy with the en suite in your own home. Breakfast, which was included, was more than adequate with plenty of choice. The staff throughout were friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked and , within the confines of it being a business hotel, the bar area was tidy, modern and welcoming. Parking was plentiful and close to reception This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we guys wigan again.

  Quiet & clean hotel

  The hotel is spotless & looks new...Check in was quick and friendly...lovely and quiet in hotel. Only down sides to hotel were maybe a later check out of midday would be helpful esp when travelling...also I think 9.30 is quite early for breakfast to finish when away but that's a personal thing,but it was a good selection and good quality...And the biggest grip was having only luke warm water to shower with :(
