  Excelente opcion para quien viaje a Baltimore

  Todo excelente, la habitacion, la ubicacion, el precio, el desayuno. La calidez de los empleados, la limpieza en general. Una opcion muy recomendable para quien viaje a Baltimore o Washington, son solo60 km de distancia y las comodidades del hotel lo justifican

  Muy buen hotel

  Llegamos en la noche y nos recibieron con excelente atención, la habitación fue confortable, el aire acondicionado super y el desayuno excelente. Pensábamos hospedarnos e Baltimore, pero el hotel que está ubicado un poco lejos de la ciudad, pero se llega bastante rápido y no hay ruido, por lo que el descanso fue placentero.

  Muy buen servicio

  muy buen servicio y muy aseado todo el hotel, el servicio del personall es muy amable y su desalluno es de excelente calidad y variado, tubimos muy buen tiempo en ese hotel ya que fuimos de negocios y es realmente bueno, lo recomiendo !

  Family Visit

  In town to visit family. The staff were friendly and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming. I have always said how you greeted, sets the tone for the experience. This team did a great job welcoming us. Our room was clean.

  Just EVERYTHING wrong with this dump

  I had a 7 day reservation through Expedia. I lasted ONE night before I tore out of there. In ONE night I was in three different rooms. Room 1 - had a terrible repetitive drip/click noise outside the window. No way I'd sleep through that or be able to sit and work while concentrating. Okay, that's not such a big deal. Got put in another one immediately. No problem! Room 2 - Was nice enough, but the air conditioner unit had this awful vibration and while trying to solve it the entire front face/panel of the unit came off. So there's that. But I just turned it off and went to sleep. Around 12:30 AM (after midnight) I was awakened by terrible noise from the room below me where a party was going on. Called the front desk and they said they'd handle it. 30 minutes later NO change, so i called again. She said, "Oh they didn't quiet down? I'll try again." 15 minutes later she called to ask if they were quiet. That was a big old "NOPE." So she offered to move my room. AT 1:30 AM!!! So instead of them actually shutting their obnoxious guests up, she made me pack all of my sh#t up and move rooms again. Okay, fine. (well, not fine, but whatever. Room 3 was quiet, but the AC/Heater did not come on or work at all. Next morning I called for a maintenance person, and was told that none were on duty and "I don't know if one is coming in today." What? Excuse me? A whole hotel and nobody who can fix things? What if a toilet gets clogged and a plunger won't solve it? I went down for breakfast WITHIN the breakfast time, and the coffee urn was BONE dry. I asked "Is there no coffee today?" and the woman was like, "uh uh, no, we're out." I call BS on the "we're out" thing. IF you had any, it would at least drip. Oh yeah, both bottles of creamer were also bone dry. So I asked if they'd cancel my reservation and let me go. This was around 11 AM at this point. Answer? Nope, I can't do that. You have to talk to the manager. He comes in at 3 PM. So wait, now we have a hotel with no maintenance person AND no manager? WTF??? At 3 PM I spoke to manager Jamal, and he was very cool about it. Said "We'll cancel the reservation and refund the money back to expedia, and they'll refund it to you." That was the ONLY thing they did right. Went to get my stuff, and packed up the car. Went back to the front desk, and Jamal tells me "We refunded $xxx back to Expedia." I asked "Is that the whole reservation amount?" And he told me they were still charging me for the previous night. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F&#K is going on? After everything that happened, you are still charging me for a night? I'll be on the phone to Holiday Inn corporate on Monday morning, but for ALL that is decent and holy, STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. Oh yeah, one more thing. At night, walking in and out of the hotel, there are people smoking pot near the front door. And when I moved rooms at nearly 2 AM? THE WHOLE FRIGGIN' HALL STANK of pot. I mean it was worse than a reggae festival. I nearly got stoned just from the stink. When I mentioned that to he woman at the front desk (when I was getting my key at 2 AM that they didn't even have the courtesy to bring up to me, she said, "Yeah, I noticed that." Great. You noticed it. Ya GONNA DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? So yeah, don't stay here.
