  I'm not giving "terrible" only because I've seen worse

  The hotel is really "worn" and definitely requires some renovations. It is dirty. In no smoking rooms it smells with cigarettes. Bathrooms are smelly too. They didn't have first aid kit at the front desk. I was actually going to give "terrible" note, as for Holiday Inn Express it does not meet expectations at all, but during my trip to China I've found way worse object for the similar price. On the upside: Metro is close.

  Stay Away

  This is an older hotel thats not quite up-to-date. It needs a lot of renovation. Room rugs were soiled and bathtub was moldy around caulking. Room didnt have that clean smell. Breakfast was good and had Chinese and Western choices. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Just needs a major facelift before Id go back.

  Clean and simple hotel

  Located away from the city. Not convenient if you don't have car or transportation to bring you around. Hotel is clean and simple. Room is clean too. Restaurant breakfast lack varieties. Really for simple traveller. Or just a short stay.

  Great Stop for a Night

  After another long day of sight seeing we arrived at this hotel around 9 PM. It is basically all by itself in this area of the city. The hotel was large and expansive. Check in was fast. Limited bilingual staff - use your translator app. Our room was clean, moderate sized with a nice bathroom. Hotel had the BEST breakfast buffet of all 5 hotels we stayed in. Amazing diversity and quality of the food.

  Great choice

  Its a surprise that they provide gym. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. You cant ask for more in terms of this rate. Overall, I prefer HIE Changjiang to Hotel Nikko. Will come back and recommend it to friends.
