  Estuve con mi famiia durante 4 dias y les puedo decir que es un hotel nuevo, limpio, excelentes cuartos, personal muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Además esta en cerca de centros comerciales, muy recomendable.

  Rooms are nice; customer service leaves a LOT to be desired!

  I stopped at this hotel on my way from Ohio to Florida at around 6:30PM on 11/15. There were rooms available, but the person behind the desk had no idea how to book a room, how to charge me for the room, or even the exact price of the room (she told me "around $113"). I was told that someone would call me to take my credit card information...at this point, I've seen NOTHING about the room rate, but what I was told. OK...so, I go to check out at 7:30AM the next morning (11/16), after never receiving a call about my credit card. I said I still needed to pay, and my paper was pulled out of several on the counter. I payed, but again was never told the rate, the rate was never displayed on the credit card reader, and when I asked for a receipt, I was told I couldn't have one until noon and that they would send it to me, and wrote my email address on a random piece of paper (with no reference to anything). Needless to say, I never received a receipt. I called the IHG customer service number on 11/17, and when they tried to find my reservation, they said that I checked in on 11/16...NOT TRUE! And, my card was charged almost $150. So, I was told to wait 48 hours for a response, and heard nothing. Called back to IHG, and they forwarded me to the actual location, where I was treated very badly (for example, "Have you ever heard of a hold on a credit card?", and "You were told incorrectly the price"). Never again for Holiday Inn Express...I'll sleep at a rest stop instead! Oh, and the person behind the counter that didn't know how to work the system? I feel badly for her being placed in that situation...she was the breakfast cook, who had been there since 2AM. She was very nice (and breakfast was great!), but did not have proper training to handle the front desk by herself.

  Overnight stay

  This hotel is a bit new. I chose this hotel because it was close to everything. They do have hot breakfast, but it's not self served! The omelettes were good! The only thing I would have to say is the elevators are SUPER slow only one was working. If you decide to stay here get a room on the back side bc the front side you can hear all the cars go by but the overall stay was good. Also the rooms are big and it did have a microwave and fridge in it!

  Hotel was clean and felt comfortable there even during pandemic. Front desk was very friendly and all employees were wearing a mask. Breakfast is served and plates are prepared by dining room staff. All guest are required to wear mask upon entry and while on elevator.

  Keep Driving!

  Disappointed and confused how this place rates so high! Upon checking in, employee came out with her mask down, but got checked in fairly quick. Got to our room only to find no bath towels as there were only three wash clothes and hand towels. Went to front desk to ask for bath towels to which they said theyd bring them to us. About 10 mins later we received two bath towels and what I assume was a pool towel as it was different than the others. Towels were stained, nightstand lamp was filthy with a cracked and stained with lord knows what on the lampshade! Bathroom was dirty with clumps of dust, dirt and hair, along with the soap dispensers corroded with rust and shampoo goo and sink could easily use a scrub brush and comet bleach. AC was loud and noisy, furniture was cheap as drawers and doors wouldn't close properly without being forced. Stairwell carpet was disgusting and filled with stains...why even have stairs with carpet is beyond me! It was a pleasant surprise to have a keurig in the room but based on how dirty everything else was in a state of extra cleaning due to covid precautions we werent about to use it! I was also surprised to see it plugged into a power stripe. We easily could have just left but it was late and we had already been driving most of the day and everyone was exhausted so to bed we went...despite the filth, frustration and disappoint we slept well as beds were comfy! By far worst Holiday Inn weve ever experienced and will not be back!
