  Family Ski Trip

  ALL the staff at this hotel are SO friendly and professional. Its really nice to see. We love staying here because its beautiful, new and clean aaaand for the pool, our young kids love it! Its about 4 deep all over so bring lifejackets for little ones! The breakfast is really good here too!

  Meh, could be better

  Ive stayed at the his location several times and housekeeping has always been disappointing. I am paying extra right now because my dog is staying in my room and despite leaving for the day, my room is not cleaned upon my arrival. It has been 4 nights now and my sheets have not been changed. Its annoying to have to ask the housekeeper to bring new towels when I see her in the hallway or that despite the housekeeping staff see me leave, I still come back to a dirty room.

  No love for Platinum Elite

  Stayed for one night business trip. Stuffed on the 1st floor with a plugged sink after asking for a higher floor and possible upgrade with PE status. No luck. Knew there was a reason I choose Bonvoy or Hilton properties over IHG.

  I was forced to abandon our home due to a septic field issue, and chose to stay as near to home as I could. So... staff was masked etc, but they all seemed to have a tentative grasp on English, made more challenging by the masks. Even though I explained I had to flee our house due to septic problems, I was not offered a discount for the brief stay of 10 hours... so overnight cost me $172 on a small town incl.tax. The room was clean - but VERY spooky-neutral-sterile in decor, albeit roomy enough. I wrestled mightily with the incredibly noisy (and somewhat ancient looking for a new hotel) a/c heater and finally ripped the giant plug out of the wall, gathered all the blankets from both beds onto one and had a fitful rest, due to the paper thin walls transmitting all activity in the adjoining rooms and along the hallway. For that price, I would look around more next time.

  Booked the wrong night

  We had an early flight out and the weather was not looking good so we decided to go the night before and stat in terrace. The room was booked on expedia in a rush and when we arrived we didn't realize the date was for the next night on the booking, simple mix up but I had to pay holiday inn for another room on the spot. This was at 11pm and they still charged me $160 for the night with no deal. I got in the room and called expedia instantly they, assured me it would be no issue to get a refund. It has been 4 weeks of expedia saying that the holiday inn agreed to refund me but they still have not. The manager is never in and they refuse to refund me, so for my one night stay at this mediocre hotel it cost me $320, staff was not friendly during this booking situation either. In my opinion this was a simple mix up that I tried to correct instantly and they refuse to help in any way at all.
