  Have stayed here many times.

  I have stayed here many times. Place is nice and some what clean rooms. I wiped the tile in the bathroom and the room door to see how dirty it is. I will post pictures. I wear slip on shoes when I go the rest room or I get in and out of the shower. I wear my socks the whole time while I'm in the room. My bare feet never touch the floor or the tub. I do that in every hotel I stay in.

  Meeting the hubby

  This is a great Holiday Inn. The staff was very helpful. My husband and I wanted a resturant that we could sit down in, since so many are only doing take out. They gave a list of resturants in the area to choose from. Kudos to the staff!!

  Excellent

  Had a great stay here. The hotel is new, clean and in a very safe and convenient location. The hotel interior, exterior and grounds are well maintained. Housekeeping was top notch, as was the customer service provided by Jeff at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

  Service animals and cleaning of room

  Let me start off with saying I dont usually complain, Im a very passive person. So when things arent right I dont usually do anything. But this time they are charging me for their mistakes. My husband and I with 2 service dogs stay at this hotel for 5 nights. At the front desk most of the time you had to use a phone to call them or ring a bell. For breakfast you got a choice of yogurt or muffin. Then sometimes you got a juice drink with it, chewy granola bar and a piece of fruit. This was the bare minimum that they had to give. Other holiday inn express would give you a hot meal. We wanted our room cleaned 2 days in a row. 1st day no one ever came in. The second day they changed the towels and emptied the trash. I would think you would vacuum, wipe down the counters and tables (NO)... They also have shower containers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. You would think that would be something they refill (NO) they never filled them up till we requested it. The swimming pool was closed and not the other holiday inn expesss. Then when we have been home from that hotel 6 days later, Jeff the front desk decides to bill us more money and this is what my transaction says (amount may change waiting for final amount from merchant) They said they had to spend 2.5 hours cleaning the room. They said they had to clean my bedding, vacuum and clean the chair. I thought that it was a common practice to clean all bedding, wipe everything down, clean towels, vacuum and fill everything up. I see this as neglect on their part for not cleaning my room when I wanted it. So know for them to do their job correct I get charged for it. When I was talking to Jeff on the phone he said well I dont know if you left the dogs in the room and how many dogs you had. They said we had 3 dogs I think. Let me tell you if you have service dogs they go with you everywhere. I would not suggest this hotel. There is a Best Western right across the street and that is where I will be staying next time. See I have family there and I will be back but not to this hotel.

  Not very happy. Very sad to say.

  Well I tried to check into the first room. Room 323 it was listed as clean. Get to the room walked in. The beds aren't even made. So called front desk. He came up with new keys. We went to room 317 he open it. He held the door open for us. Gave us the new keys. And he left. Checking the room out. The hand lotion was half used. No soaps in bottles. The floor is sticky. Someone else's pubic hairs on the tub and in it. Get looking and looks like someone threw up on the side of the toilet by the tub. Then go and place my cold stuff into the fridge there is someone else's beer in the fridge. I stay at this hotel alot. Never had this big of a trouble with this place before. Not very happy. Talked to the manager Jeff today. Said he will check it out. And get to the bottom of it. And find out what happen. I'm going to have to think hard next time of staying here again.
