  Clean, comfortable, great staff

  We received a warm welcome, and loved our fresh, clean room. The beds were comfortable as expected, and the grab and go breakfast was unexpectedly bountiful, with a banana, muffin, Nutrigrain bar, and microwaveable mini breakfast quiches. Good coffee, too. Thank you!

  Great hotel

  Great hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was great value , rooms were lovely and big , clean and had all amenities. The also offered complimentary breakfast. It was also located near restaurants and shops.

  Definitely not a new hotel

  The furniture in our room was broken. The door stuck and had to be shoved to open. Coffee is awful and the breakfast was limited to scrambled eggs, sausage and red delicious apples. Staff had on masks that did not cover their nose and mouth.

  Poor mask compliance by staff

  Our room was pretty comfortable, though not entirely clean (massive stains on the bed skirt, stained shower caulk, etc.). But our bigger disappointment was that 2 of the 4 staff we encountered were not wearing masks despite signs about mask requirements being posted all over the hotel. The front desk person who checked us in was masked; the check-out person was not. We ran into a cleaning person in the hallway who had no mask. The breakfast attendant did wear a mask. We saw several guests not wearing masks, as well. We chose a well-known chain hoping that it would be safer in covid times and that turned out to be untrue.

  Friendly Staff not so clean room

  I cannot say enough as to how friendly the staff we while we were at this establishment. Was not clean at all. First of all the bedding for the pull out couch was not neatly folded in the storage bag. Actually one sheet was on the pull out couch bed while the other sheet and blanket was wadded up in the storage bag. Because of thehen we first entered our room it looked clean, bit when we took a closer look it really w condition of the bedding for Upon further inspection there was dried remains of a sandwich in the compartment under the TV along with a lot of sticky residue and dust. Dried, food particles under the couch and a piece of hard candy stuck to the carpet next to the bed. Along the edges, walls a d bed frames there are particles of unknown what. This room needs a deep clean with all the furniture moved, everything wiped down, every thing vacuumed, everything cleaned. It was just surprising because with the Pandemic that we are currently living through, things need to be cleaner than ever. Also, the coffee was terrible. Once again, all of the staff was super friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
