  We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Clean room and comfortable beds Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast had a good variety of items which included eggs, sausage, cereals, juices and yogurt If in the area again we would stay in this hotel again.

  A Wonderful Night's Rest

  On a recent visit to Texas, after flying from Calgary to Houston and then driving as far as Schulenberg, we were decidedly tired, having had little sleep in Calgary the night before. We were hoping for a good, comfortable bed and this hotel came through with flying colors for us. What we most desired was just what the hotel provided and we are happy to say the hotel gets a huge thumbs up from us.

  Comfortable Accomodations

  This facility was conveniently located near Interstate 10. Parking is free in their well-lit lot. The lobby was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and quiet with comfortable beds for a good night's rest. Lighting was ample and the flat screen TV was flawless. Amenities include a pool, fitness room and free breakfasts. Stayed for two evenings in comfort!!

  One night stay

  Surprised by our observations as we generally have nothing but pleasant things to say about IHG hotels. This hotel is taking all sorts of precautions due to COVID including taking almost everything out of your room but the front desk staff member was not wearing a mask three different times over 2 hours when observed and while waiting on us. First room had issues and we went downstairs and mentioned this we were told that customers had the same issue last night- Okay so why was room still in use???? When we asked about where to eat in the local area all we got was I don't live around here. I must say the customer service was better in the am but they have work to do with the evening staff. Hotel is conveniently located close to I10 and 77 and the rooms were very comfortable.

  Don't stay here

  I paid $600+ for some friends to stay at this hotel for 5 days and their room was not cleaned even when requested. Their breakfast consisted of stale muffins, rotten bananas, etc. They were very unhappy with the attitude of the staff when they asked for service.
