  Great Stay

  This is a nice newer hotel. Natasha immediately showed that she still cares about customer service. We were in town for a baseball tournament and had five different families staying here. Natasha made all of our family members feel like royalty and went out of her way to remind us that she was there to serve us. The rooms were new and clean. There were plenty of outlets for a family of four to plug in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Great Place!!

  The girls at the front desk during my stay were amazing!!! Nicole and Natasha, but everyone that I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. This is absolutely the best customer service I've received at any hotel - I travel 40+ nights a year. It is rather new hotel and everything is in great condition. It's in a great location and I would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area.

  It was just OK

  My stay was okay, not the best Pros: Breakfast was good alot of choices. Location is good, and there alot of business around the hotel itself. Cons: They did not reserve the right room. I reserved a double bed room and they gave me a king room with one bed. They did however bring up a rollaway bed. They doubled charged me, they said they had already reversed the payment, but we will see here in a few days The pool is super small and the hot tub was not even hot, it actually felt colder than the actual pool water.

  Clean facility

  Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Wish they served tacos. Do not see any security onsite. I wondered why they have the doors locked at 9pm. Friendly staff. Makes me question safety.fitness center has a t.v. in room is awesome.

  Horrible Stay

  My stay here was horrible. The hotel did not follow COVID safety measurees. Upon checkin the front desk person did not have a mask on and neither did the clerk at checkout. Most guests in the hotel did not wear masks either. The bed was hard as a rock. The hotel was also very noisy. Music was blaring from other rooms and people were knocking on doors throughout the night. My stay was due to taking a class for my job ( Tuesday through Thursday). If it is this noisy during the weekdays, I can only imagine how bad it is during the weekend. Needless to stay I will never stay here again if I ever have to take another class. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
