  Amenities are gone including breakfast but the room was clean with a comfortable bed.

  Had some issues when I stayed. Potentially overcharged for my room. Called the general manager, Jenny (really friendly and accommodating), said that it's just pending charges. My bank took the funds out of my account though so she said to wait and hopefully it will be deposited back in to my account. Jenny, the general manager, was very sweet and honest and I liked that and made the hotel feel better. The company who own the property make the decisions so any complaint I have is not about her or the employees but the owning company (not IHG) as they have complete control. The negatives: no hand soap, no towelletes, no Keurig, no breakfast (even though it says, "Breakfast" here on Trip Advisor). USB didn't charge phones, broken chair in the room. It felt like the owners (not Jenny, she was quite sweet) wanted to get rid of any overhead they could to save money but blamed it on Covid-19 (my opinion). I'm sure the place pre-pandemic would be perfect. At other Holiday Inns I've visited, even in Arkansas, the hotels still had the above mentioned amenities including breakfast but accommodated them with Covid-19 in mind. The positive: room was very clean, hot showers, pool is open 24 hours a day, had a microwave and mini fridge, and Jenny the GM was pleasant. Pre phone call with the general manager I would have given a lower review due to overcharged on my free room and the small details that add up. I stayed at another location the night before and it didn't have any of the above mentioned issues, and included a breakfast.

  Awesome stay!

  I highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are Super clean, and bed was Super comfy! All hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Jennifer was super Awesome! She fulfilled my request on adjacent rooms and having them ready when we arrived! Kudos to Jennifer!!! She greeted us with a friendly smile and was super nice the entire length of our stay. She is so energetic, moving with speed and efficiency every time we saw her, but always stopping to say hi and ask if we needed anything every single time we saw her . I will choose this location every time I need a hotel!

  Exceptional service!!

  This was our 2nd stay and as was the first stay was great! The staff were exception. They are kind & so helpful! They deserve recognition for all they do to make us feel welcome & it's like our second home!

  Great location!

  Great experience at this location. Exceptional customer service from Gundy, very professional and helpful with the stay. Always enjoy staying here. The lobby, halls, and rooms are always kept very clean.

  Mixed bag at HIE

  Young man at check-in asked for my name and handed me the key. I am all for contact-fess check-in, but a friendly word for a Gold Priority member is always appreciated.No mention of water or extra points. The room was extra clean and that was greatly appreciated. The bed was too soft for our taste. Breakfast was an assortment of grab and go items plus a breakfast sandwich and coffee. That was adequate. The night young man was on duty when we checked out and he was extremely pleasant.
