  Great Hotel, but Beware of Noise Problem

  I stayed here for work. This is my second time booking this hotel. The area is safe, the staff are excellent, the gym is well stocked and the room is nice and clean. The problem is that you can hear the footsteps and noise from the room on the floor directly above you. I called the front desk several times and Im sure they tried to get the noise to stop. Just beware. If you go to bed early or need to rest, then, good luck.

  Updated & nice hotel w a surprisingly good breakfast

  Upon arrival, the hotel has an attractive appearance. Its clear thats its been recently updated. Everything is bright and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of options and all of good quality. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Like that they have pillow choices and shampoo and soap in large bottles in the shower. My room faced the Home Depot and I will say it was a little noisy outside at different times. Could have used a night light in bathroom very dark at night and hard to navigate and tons of light from the hall shown through around the door. As stated in another review, the hotel is a bit hard to find, as the sign is a little lower and set back from the other signs. Its just beyond the Dairy Queen and Applebees but before the Home Depot.

  Updated and Clean

  Our stay here was great! The room was extremely new and updated. Beds were so comfortable and the room was totally clean. They have a huge room service menu (we didmd have a chance to try it) and they also have a good selection of well priced snacks and drinks in the lobby! The only issue we had was the WiFi kept dropping out, making it hard to stream our Netflix movie, which was a bummer.

  Worst hotel treatment

  Coming from Telluride on our way to Austin we stopped at this place to have an unpleasant experience. Arrived around 1 in the morning after driving for 10 hours with sleeping kids in the back seat. I checked online to verify availability and even though it showed available online I decided to go inside and do the reservation directly at the front desk. I was assisted by Steven and he reluctantly opened the doors. When I told him we needed a room, he said WE ARE FULLY BOOKED. Seemed like maybe I had interrupted what ever he was distracted with, but since it showed availability online, I told him I was going to call Holiday Inn directly since it didn't match up with what it said online. He immediately changed his tune and said 'Let me see what I can do' . He was rude in his demeanor and then miraculously found a room. I thought you were sold out? Thanks for making us feel so unwelcomed. As soon as I got into the room I called Holiday Inn main number and they confirmed they had plenty of rooms in that hotel. I reported him to guest relations and the manager comped the room the next day. Still had a crappy sleep due to getting upset at the negative treatment.

  Clean and Comfortable

  We spent a night here in Jan 2021. Our stay was a pleasant one. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very easy to sleep on. The only problem we encountered was our neighbors slamming doors at midnight. In the morning someone had taken one of the luggage carts and left it outside their room (RUDE). The morning staff person looked at video and went and retrieved it for us! Thanks for that! We would stay here again and recommend to others.
