  Decent Stay

  My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights since it is a pet friendly hotel. The room was nice with ample space for our dog to have his own area to lie down. Close to some restaurants and within walking distance and the sundial bridge is about a 5 min drive. Good spot to stay if in town to see Burney Falls and Lassen National Park. Only bagged breakfast was available which consisted of a banana and a nutrigrain bar, but understandable due to covid.

  Unclean hotel with joke Covid-19 precautions

  We were checked in by a woman wearing an ill-fitting mask which barely covered her face. All elevators were broken (?), so my wife and I lugged our suitcases up the hot staircases to our room on the 3rd floor. The room was probably a 6/10 on the cleanliness scale, and neither the cleaning or housekeeping staff were wearing masks. If this hotel was cleaner and the staff actually took COVID-19 precautions seriously, it would have been okay for the price point.

  Find another hotel

  When I checked into the hotel, the elevator was broken and my room was on the second floor. I told the clerk I cant climb stairs and need a room on the first floor. I was told NO. I was forced to climb the stairs to the second floor. When we got to our room, the shower stall door was broken and the room wasn't clean. The next morning, there wasn't breakfast offered only coffee. when we returned later that afternoon, the room wasn't serviced and I was told if i wanted clean towels to come and get them at the desk. Breakfast was not offered.

  Terrible

  After a 12 hour driving day our family arrived here at midnight. We asked for a one bedroom suite with a pull out couch. The front desk clerk told us the front parking lot was full and we would have to park in back but that he would give us a room that overlooked the vehicle in the back. When we get up to the room it overlooks the front parking lot, its not a one bedroom suite, and the phone and tv do not work. At about 7am we start hearing doors slam about every minute. We go check what it is since it is waking up our baby nonstop after very little sleep. We discover our room is attached to the stair well and even though this is a new hotel there was almost no insulation in the walls or ceiling. We can hear every footstep and every door. There is no peace and quiet at this hotel. Also a loofa from the people in the room prior to us was in the shower and there were no sheets or comforter or pillows for the pullout bed. When we finally get the phone set up and plugged in and working we call and ask for these things. The guy brings us sheets and no pillows. We will not ever be staying there again. What a nightmare of an experience.

  Do not stay here

  Room is newly renovated. I love the room. The front desk staff out of control inappropriate. When you arrive they designate if you want your room cleaned and a card for the houskeeping staff is made out. My room was not touched. When I asked about this the front desk said they couldn't find a card for my request. The "breakfast" that was reported on their website was the worst I have ever seen. Rotten banannas and very old satsumas, and nothing else. I have never seen anything like it. When I went out to breakfast all the lights were out. Another guest passed me in the hall and said, "yeah, this is a really creepy place huh". I had a first floor room. The first floor had a big picture window, that opened...no way to lock it. When I checked in the guy at the front desk, said I am placing you in a room closest to the front desk, and I am writing my name on the room sleave, just in-case you need clean towels before you go to bed, I will bring them by personally. I sooooooo recommend you DO NOT get sucked into the picture of the newly remodeled rooms, they are great! But holy hell, you really will regret your stay. Sorry I know this seems daming, but I never write reviews this was just beyond horrible I had to take the time.
