  Awesome

  We were supposed to be in Europe celebrating our 40th anniversary, but because of Covid our plans changed. We went on a 2 1/2 week road trip of the west, visiting 10 National Parks. Our last stop was Rapid City, and this Holiday Inn. Best of the Best!!! Willie was at the front desk! She gets an A+++ from us! So helpful! And almost all of the hotels we stayed offered only a juice box and a granola bar for breakfast. I am gluten free, so we had to go out for breakfast. This hotel not only offered a to go breakfast, but had hot options as well! Thank you Thank you Thank you! I would definitely stay again!! Your customer service is top notch!!!

  exceeds expectations

  Room was immaculate, easy to get to and leave from I 90. Staff was extraordinary especially hot breakfast server. He was fantastic. This is one of the best places we have stayed in the United States. Hot breakfast unlike many hotels.

  Great Location

  I booked this hotel based on the great reviews. We were very pleased with our choice. Its centrally located to many of the attractions in South Dakota. Everyone is very friendly. They have breakfast daily, or grab and go. Our room was very clean, and although they do not clean your rooms while youre a guest, you can request towels, supplies, etc, as needed. Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave, which we found very helpful, since we packed lunches for our park visits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Deadwood, etc. Its also located near a market with a gas station and car wash, and is two miles from Walmart.

  Room was clean upon arrival. Due to COVID-19, Housekeeping does not clean or enter your room until you depart. Room was quiet faced the Holiday Gas Station/Convivence Store. If you needed anything front desk quickly arranged for you. This Hotel does take the virus seriously. Masks are required and there are multiple hand sanitizers throughout the property. Even with COVID-19, Hotel did give you a choice of hot foods for breakfast such as eggs (scrambled or omelet, sausages and pancakes). Breads, fruits and cereals also were available as grab and go. Also a good gluten free selection. Very friendly staff and they kept the dinning area very clean. Large Room with (2) Queen Comfortable Soft Bed with choices of 2 sizes of pillows. Lots of plugs for electronics and good tv and WIFI reception. Good area out side of downtown Rapid City for driving to Keystone, Bear Country and the sites. Free Parking and easy in and out.

  Very nice place to stay in South Rapid City

  This motel is a bit off the beaten path now, but will soon be in midst of growth on the southern end of Rapid City. It' is easy to access from the highway. The lobby was clean with mask protocols clearly posted. (the need for masks was stated when I called for a reservation.) . we were greeted upon arrival. Our room was clean and quiet. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator were clean and appreciated. The bath was clean. I would stay there again. Mid-week, winter season room prices were very reasonable.
