  Great location

  We stayed here because we were skiing at West Mountain for the weekend. The mountain was a quick ride from hotel. It was also diagonal from Sky zone, which the kids loved. We were able to take an Uber to some great restaurants in Glens Falls, which was only about 2 miles away. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tub.

  ADK TOURNAMENT

  Stayed here for another SB Tournament and was pleasantly surprised. It offered everything youd want from a hotel and wasnt lacking in any way. One of the things Im a little picky about is how slow or fast elevators are at hotels, this elevator did not disappoint. I also liked that they used full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. Lastly although it had a pool & hot tub, I didnt have a chance to check that out but their breakfast was good and it had a large conference room where the whole team had dinner (pizza delivery). I was very pleased with the stay and the price was great.

  Extremely poor management/customer service

  room was clean upon arrival check in was slow and unorganized - considering we had booked a month in advance understaffed took over 20 minutes to complete our check in manager was short and unpleasant with staff member checking us in very unprofessional in front of guest day two left our room to enjoy downtown upon arriving back after a long day we discovered room had not been cleaned and no fresh towels were available after contacting the front desk we were told that staff did not enter our room because of a door sign reading do not disturb THIS WAS FALSE, we did not leave anything on our door as we wanted our room serviced. Cleaning staff were in fact in the hallway when we were leaving and we exchanged pleasantries out of habit I looked back to make sure our door had completely closed and locked. There was no sign!! We called the front desk and spoke to the on staff person at that time he stated he could bring up clean towels but house keeping could not as no one was available. We could not address our concern regarding the lie told by their hotel staff we were very upset but decided to speak with management in the morning. Day 3 went downstairs to speak with the manager. The manager on that morning was the same manager that helped check us in. The manager was once again very unprofessional and rude to us. Basically she stated that we were mistaken and had left a sign on our door and mentioned that there were several rooms on our floor that had left signs on the outside of the door. One was a couple we had travelled with 2 rooms down. They also had been told that a sign was on the outside of their door as well, which they disputed. Instead of trying to make the best of the situation this manager chose to challenge us and accuse of us of making false statements against staff she was visibly upset and loud as to draw attention to our conversation. She acted very unprofessionally and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. I told her that I wasn't trying to make a scene but merely trying to bring to her attention an issue with the hotels housekeeping staff. I ended this conversation as I could see that we were not going to get anywhere. On a more positive note their breakfast was good and the areas was clean. The location is good close to down town Lake George but far enough to be away from the rush.

  Great Stay

  This was our first time going away during covid times. I felt safe the whole time while staying here. i frequently saw staff cleaning and wearing masks. I came prepared and wiped everything down when we first entered the room but it wasn't really needed. everything was spotless. i love the new to go breakfast. you fill out what you what the night before and it is waiting for you to pick up in the morning. it was great and the cinnamon rolls are warm and delicious. we have stayed here in the past and will continue to came here when in the area.   Quick Getaway

  This a last minute reservation. The check process was quick. They helped us recreational information. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go. Assorted choices of pastries cereal and yogurts. Well planned. I would definitely stay again.
