  Decent Hotel.Friendly Staff

  Visited with family. Check in was very smooth even at a late hour given there was a soccer team checking in at that time. Clean property newly renovated rooms. Location very convenient. Breakfast however was very disappointing given a limited choice. Lot of rules of dos and dont s in the corridor which was very surprising. Still a very decent property to stay overnight. Will stay again.

  Great hotel

  My husband and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend (December 6-8th) for the Steel City Con. We chose it because it was close to the convention center and reasonably priced. The hotel was clean, and our room was fantastic. The staff was friendly (the lady who checked us in was super nice), and breakfast was hot and delicious. We were also in the hub area of a lot of restaurants/businesses, so we had our pick of where to go without having to drive long distances. Definitely a plus. The only downside was the hotel's fire alarm was triggered somehow around midnight on Friday, and we all had to go outside in the bitter cold and wait for them to check everything. The fire department was quick to respond, though, and after about 10-15 minutes, we were allowed to go back to our room. Overall, a really great hotel. I'd stay there again.

  Wonderful!

  I am super nervous about traveling during Covid, but this hotel completely eased any worries. The hotel is very clean, everything in the lobby, hallways, elevators, and rooms looked very clean. Everyone was wearing masks, they even gave you clean pens at check in. Their grab and go breakfast was well organized and there was a great selection. I slept amazingly well. I would definitely stay here again!

  I LOVE THIS PLACE

  THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN MONROEVILLE SERVICE STAFF CLEANLINESS BREAKFAST ABOVE & BEYOND THEY SERVE GRAB AND GO BREAKFAST AND ITS NOT JUST AN APPLE AND JUICE They truly deliver great customer service. I called the desk when we checked in the room because the lamps it was broken and we didnt do it so I didnt want to have to pay for it. When the front desk lady answered the phone she politely suggested that we move rooms but the lampshade wasnt bothering my comfort so I stayed in my room. But I love that she was concerned about the lampshade as well as my satisfaction. Thats one thing that Marriott hotels dont much do. I wish I had accumulated points at IHG instead of Marriott for free stays. This is the best hotel in Monroeville with the best service best people and even the decor is pretty

  Excellent stay

  This is a super clean & new looking hotel. Even during covid they had good breakfast choices available (cereal, muffins & pastries, yogurt, egg sandwiches in fridge that you could warm up in microwave,etc). The service was fantastic. Beds comfortable. It was nice to have fridge & microwave in room.
