  The Best Rest in the Area!!

  When it came to the room, I fell in love with the modern decor, amenities, and, most importantly, THE BED!!! The location is close enough to everything so you do not have to travel far, but far enough where you can truly rest and not have to contend with traffic. The breakfast was hot and well-prepared, especially the cheese omelettes. The coffee was always hot and kept well-replenished. The wait staff was exceptionally friendly and very attentive. You just need to pack your patience when it comes to the elevator. Apparently there is only ONE and it is super slow. Plus, it is shared between guests and staff/service carts. Fortunately, I was only on the second floor, so I got my steps in. Overall, I was very pleased during my stay. I would return!!

  Great hotel! Staff very friendly!

  We stayed here for one night in October while in the area for a soccer tournament. Check in was a little slow, but that was probably me. My daughters teammate was also staying there, they had us on a diff floor than her and I asked if they could move us. I'm always worried about kids who wander hotels (up and down stairs and elevators etc) alone. Anyway, took a bit but they were able to put us on a floor together. Rooms were very nice and clean. No signs of bed bugs (always look for). Beds comfortable. One issue here though. The rooms were loud. I was laying on the bed and could here ppl walking in the room upstairs. They weren't running, just walking. Not sure how they can change that, maybe a thicker carpet? Daughter went to the pool with her friend. Only issue there, no towels. They have a lifeguard and he went to ck but said they were in the dryer. I'm shocked there was a lifeguard! Haven't seen that in a hotel indoor pool ever! We had breakfast in the morning. Food was great, especially for being free! The attendant there was very friendly and helpful. Talked to everyone, asked if they needed anything, etc. Checkout was easy. Again staff at the front was nice and pleasant! Definitely would stay there again.

  Pleasant staff. Nice room.

  The hotel was nice. Kirsten at the front desk was very pleasant. She greeted me as a Platinum Elite member. The suite I was given was very large and very nice. I din't have time for the complimentary breakfast but from what I saw it looked good.

  Hotel Refused Service

  I visited this Hotel on saturday aug 15 after having an emergency and needed a room. It was raining and when i went inside to the front desk I asked for a room and I was told there are no rooms available. I looked online and it showed that there were plenty of rooms available and when I showed that to the front desk it turned into all the rooms are dirty and housekeeping was not available. so i then asked him if i book the room online right now are you telling me you will not accept me and he told me no. I was extremely upset and I spoke to the manager Bernadette the following monday about the situation she couldnt explain why I wasnt given a room and all she could say was sorry. The staff there are extremely rude and lack any sort of customer service.

  Quiet location and very roomy room

  My home away from home for a week and really enjoyed it. It was very comfortable. Loved the self-controlled climate control. A guest next door to me had a very noisy party and when I called the front desk they responded immediately and took care of it! Fallon, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Best complimentary breakfast I have had during Covid. Lot of choices to include a breakfast sandwich you could heat in your room. Would have loved to have their famous cinnamon rolls though.
