  Great place to stay

  We stayed one night on a short visit to Omaha for our first trip to the HD zoo. What a nice clean, friendly place. The staff was so helpful and willing to provide what we needed. They even had a social hour with beer, wine and appetizers at night. They got my attention with chocolate chip cookies at the reception desk as a sweet close to the day. We will stay there again!

  Very nice, easy access location

  This hotel is only 3 years old. I had a king bed in a large room with a large bathroom. The entire hotel was immaculately clean!! Very impressed! Lots of plug-ins easily accessible, plus usb charging ports, which was good because I forgot my plug to go with my charger cord. LIghting was great, lights behind/over the headboard and over the tv, plus small lights on both sides of the bed. Breakfast had way more options than most hotels and food was good. Coffee was available 24/7. Staff was friendly and always smiling. Overall great experience, I just wish hotels weren't so expensive, I hate paying over $75 a night, this one was $100.

  Worse Beds Ever!

  The hotel's aesthetics were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Customer service awesome. The bed felt like we were sleeping on rocks!!! The mattresses were so hard with absolutely no give. Please get toppers or something, current mattresses makes for a very long night!

  Not good

  The hotel room had mold in it and was damp. Mildew on the shower base. Dont recommend it. There are many other ones in the area. Not sure of their quality, but went to the one in west Omaha and the lady working was sick.

  Clean & Comfortable

  My husband and I stayed here last night and we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and new feel of the hotel and rooms. The desk clerk was nice enough to move us after we disliked the traffic noise and moved us to a room facing the back of hotel. With numerous hotels I stay in for work, the beds here were by far the best Ive slept in! Yes, they are firm mattresses, but I was so grateful I didnt lay in a sunken mattress where you literally feel all the people who have slept in the bed before you. Our only complaint was the man managing the breakfast area needed to do a better job; the food was scarce and needed refilled and all the trash cans were overflowing with plates and cups. Overall, wed most definitely stay here again!
