  Amazing stay!!

  I cannot begin to explain how great this hotel was for my family vacation. We had orginally reserved rooms at cheaper hotel in town which turned out to be disgusting and unacceptable. We were lucky to get ahold of Taylor at the front desk of Holiday Inn Express. She advised us that she had rooms available and gave us great directions. Taylor got us a good deal making the stay almost the same price as the cheaper hotel. The hotel was beautiful and new. We had really nice rooms that were clean, well set up and huge. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. It was open at 6:00 am but fabulous Selesa usually opened before that time. 24 hour coffee was great for my family because we are early risers. Great location with a Kroger and Dairy Queen within walking distance. All the staff was great! Stand outs were Taylor(our favorite) and Iris at the front desk, Selesa at the breakfast room and Joshua. We look forward to staying here in the future.

  Great, Clean, Friendly

  We stayed as part of a large family group for an out of town wedding. We spent 4 nights at this hotel and have zero complaints. From the great rate we received booking directly with the hotel, the very happy and friendly staff, the awesome breakfast and our room being very modern, clean and we'll stocked we are very happy with our stay. Pool was clean and warm, our son and his cousins loved it. If we ever need a great place to stay again within 30 minutes of Nashville, we will be back!

  Excellent Stay

  Coming through Kentucky from a family reunion, this location was a good stopping point before getting into Nashville for a reasonably priced hotel. The drive to the airport from here was exceptionally easy. Staff here was very friendly, the hotel was exceptionally clean. If I come through here again, I will definitely make this my stopping place.

  Awesome To Us Soldiers

  I am currently activated with the Guard to provide medical testing for the Coronavirus in the Springfield, TN area. We are staying at the HIE here in Springfield. It's an awesome newer hotel with great service from the staff. They are bending over backwards for us soldiers trying to make us feel at home and take care of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or needing a place to stay.

  Fantastic for the price

  Here are the positives: First, I expected this the be a shoddy borderline motel based upon the price. I was pleasantly surprised. The entire room appeared to have been updated recently. Everything was neat and clean. The bathroom had what appeared to be a new shower surround. The tv was new and featured ROKU tv. The only negative is that the rooms that face the highway are about 60 feet from the roadway. Therefore you get a good bit of traffic noise. Fortunately, on this weeknight the traffic became infrequent after about 11 pm. I would definitely stay here again.
