  Convient location, near shopping and freeways.

  Front desk staff was quick with check in and out. Nice large lobby area but small breakfast area. Lots of self parking around the building, no valet parking. Out door pool, small gym. Nice size room with great bed and pillows. Average size bathroom with lots of counter space. Good water pressure and number of TV channels. Plenty of fast food places near by. Great value, would stay here again when in Moore.

  Staying during a power outage

  Overall very nice rooms and comfy stay. The only bad thing was the woman working the front desk. It seemed as though she did not want to be there and was not concerned about her guests. She was very rude and it was upsetting because my circumstances were upsetting enough. She would not make direct eye contact and acted as though I was not important to be helped. There was some huffing and puffing from her just because I needed to pay for my water with a card because I had no cash. Very sad that someone that is supposed to be the happy face that you see when you walk through the door is acting this way. I assume there have been other guests complaining about the lack of hospitality. Oh, did I mention we are also point holders?

  Last Stay at Holiday Inn Properties

  We stayed here on Oct. 30, 2020. Upon arrival from Texas we learn that the area had a bad freeze causing power outages and tree branches all over the area, not just in Moore. Needless to say, the hotel was sold out from people needing a place to stay that had lost power in their homes. We arrived at 4:00 and we were given a room. After we lug all our stuff up to the room, we open the door to find that the room was not cleaned. The lady at the front desk says the room will be ready in 30 minutes. How dos she know exactly when it will be ready considering she didn't know it was ready in the first place? I was really upset because this is the second consecutive Holiday Inn where this has happened to us. The last time was at another Holiday Inn in Oklahoma. In that case we were given two rooms and neither had been cleaned meaning each time we went to our room, we had to go back downstairs to get another key, then back up to find the second dirty room, back downstairs and then finally on the third try we got a room that was ready. So when it happened again at this property I said I was done with Holiday Inn! We had to leave and go kill time for about an hour or so and hoped it would be done when we got back. When people have been on the road for a few hours, you want to check in and just go to your room without all the hassle. Why is there no communication between housekeeping and the front desk? Why do they assign a room that is not ready? It's beyond me that there is not a better system in place to avoid this inconvenience to their guest. We recently stayed at a Hampton Inn where you can pick your own room on the app and now during Covid, there are stickers on the door showing you that the room has been cleaned and you can't enter without removing the sticker. How nice it was to go to your room and have it ready, a no brainer really but something Holiday Inn obviously can't do. So we are done with this brand. Housekeeping and the front desk need to communicate and stop putting the burden on the guest.

  Nice hotel

  This was a great place to stay. Nicely decorated rooms. Clean, plenty of hot water, quiet and plenty of parking. The staff was very nice. Close to freeway. Plenty of shopping close by. My go to when I'm in OKC.

  Awesome place

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Couldnt say enough good about everything. Front desk manager was kind and courteous. Rooms were very spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Great amenities. Breakfast was very very good. Not your typical continental breakfast. Loved the biscuits and gravy and omelets. The best thing of all was Angela, the breakfast preparer and server. Her eyes and face were always smiling, even with her mask. She was so friendly, kind, and eager to help you. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I would give her a 15! People like her is what makes a stay even more enjoyable and pleasant. She is a gem and hotel is very lucky to have her as an employee.
