  Great location for many tourist sites in downtown Louisville

  My 20s son and I stayed one Thursday night in February at this hotel. We used my AAA discount to book a two bed room at a reasonable rate of $101 per night. There is a parking garage that costs $20 to self park and $24 to valet park. Both options allow in and out privileges. This hotel met all our expectations for a Holiday Inn. The rooms were comfortable, and included a coffee pot, fridge, soft topper beds, free wifi, and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast room was large with seating space for many. We had to rush out in the morning so didn't have time for a big meal, but we both were satisfied with the choices. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its location. We walked to most of the tourist sites we wanted to visit: Slugger Factory, Evan Williams Distillery, Welcome Center, Mohammed Ali Center, and restaurants. We did move our car to go to the Mega Cavern and to historic Louisville for a walking tour.

  Sociable and helpful staff

  Sociable nice staff everywhere in hotel. Beautiful lobby clean hotel. Clean and big room with breakfast. Delicious breakfast everything available. They have cars park close to the hotel. Of course eat from Kentucky because you are in Louisville, Kentucky

  Excellent hotel with superb staff!

  This HI is right downtown within walking distance to sights and restaurants. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well maintained, which says a lot about the people who work here. On that note, the staff here is great! Every person we ran into at the hotel treated us not just like guests but friends. They were so nice and went out of their way to be helpful and engage us in conversation. These folks should be training hospitality staff across the country!

  Awesome Trip

  We were coming through from our trip to Sturgis and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn on Market St. We have stayed here before and thought we would give it another try. This has to be the most pleasant people that work here. Always smiling and willing to help in any way they can. The rooms are amazing and so clean. You will not be disappointed if you give it a try. Jerry & Otis were working on the night we arrived. There was one other Gentleman who seem to be a manager that was also very nice. You have a loyal customer anytime we travel through Louisville.   Good location. Spacious rooms.

  Large rooms that are comfortable. Walkable or a short Uber ride to most restaurants and bars. Parking in the garage next door with a free scan code from the hotel. Easy place to stay on a trip to downtown Louisville.
