  This hotel looks relatively new or was recently updated both on the interior and exterior. Convenient location near the hospital. Just stayed for one night, but friendly staff and no problems with the room.

  Awesome value

  Im staying at the Holiday Inn express for business. Upon checking in, I had a little trouble with the reservation. Michael, the front desk manager was accommodating, kind , & efficient. Fixed my problem easily. Donna the night clerk is outstanding. Every employee Ive met has given superb customer service. The rooms are clean. They provide a hot breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  A great choice in the San Bernadino/Loma Linda area

  After a horrible experience at nearby La Quinta, I checked in to the Holiday Inn Express. This is a newer hotel - everything seemed new - carpeting, furniture, lobby area. I was greeted by Diana (?) who was amazing. A bright spot after a very bad experience at La Quinta. I had 2 dogs with me and they let them stay with a pet fee. This is a new hotel - everything is new - furniture, lobby area, carpeting. The room was large and comfortable. I was on the first floor so I could get my dogs out easily. The bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom had a shower stall and lots of counter space on the sink. I used the gym - a few pieces of equipment and free weights - basically all I needed. Breakfast was great! Eggs, pancakes, sausage or bacon. The coffee was good too. Very close to shopping and restaurants nearby! I am a fan - I am going to stay at Holiday Inn Express again!

  Very nice place.

  Very nice and clean here.check in. Staff was good. Room was good. Breakfast was very good. Selection was great. From omelettes bacon sausage to bagels and hard boiled eggs.oh did I mention the hotel is clean. After a 3 week vacation to multiple hotels across the country we noticed lots fail in the clean department however every holiday inn we stayed at was great

  Find a different hotel

  They would not make accommodations for my disability, which was a very simple request of using vinegar instead of chemicals when cleaning. I have asked for this countless times at other hotels, never had an issue. I even talked to the manager, refused to even wipe down surfaces after cleaning with regular chemicals. This hotel is also very difficult to get ahold of and most of the people you talk to are rude. Also not feeling too sore about staying here when it's SO far away from everything.
