  Best In Town

  Travel agent accidentally booked me at HI Express Litchfield. After being slightly disappointed I went to check in. Front desk clerk was very polite and professional. Received room preference in profile and was very pleased to find a very modern, business friendly room. From the pullout desk to multiple USB chargers on each nightstand to excellent WiFi connection and speeds, it was clear the reservation mistake was to my advantage. There is now way the hotel next door would have had the amenities, newer bed with excellent bedding and linens or most important, a room that quickly reaches the desired climate control selected. Room was very clean, bathroom spotless and plenty of towels. There wont be a mistake next visit to Litchfield, HI Express is now #1 lodging choice for future visits.

  New Hotel!....Terrific Employees, Rooms, Pool & Breakfast!!

  Terrific & Friendly Staff!! New Hotel with Clean/Cozy/Quiet Rooms!! Great Breakfast!!.. had pancake machine, but no Waffle machine....Plenty of variety of other delicious food n Beverages!!... Nice Sized, indoor, salt/chlorine H2O pool, with timer jets!!...Open 5am-11pm!.... No Hot tub tho...... Nice BIG Exercise room! ( Tho, did not use).... Easy parking!....Safe area!!.... Plenty of Restaurants & Shopping within 2 minutes of this Hotel..... I would definitely stay here again!.....

  Great clean hotel

  I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and Suites over the years and thought they were nice places. This Holiday Inn Express and Suites goes way beyond being better than any others that I've ever stayed in. The hotel is very clean like new with great rooms with good views and the employees and owners are very nice people which makes your stay very comfortable.

  can highly recommend this hotel. very clean modern and comfortable. breakfast was excellent. linda served eggs. bacon. warm cinnamon rolls and many other choices with a smile. other hotels could take a lesson for breakfast from this hotel.

  What an awesome place to stay

  My wife and I, in our travels, oftentimes stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We've come to find that these hotels are clean, have all we could ask for in a hotel stay, and the staff is friendly and courteous. However, this Holiday Inn Express actually exceeded what we've found with similar hotels. Nothing against any others Holiday Inn Express hotels, but this one was absolutely the best. The room was very spacious. The king size bed was comfortable and my wife loved the lounge chair. Along side that was a little table that one could move about so she ate her dinner from there. The desk where I ate and later set up my laptop was one that you could pull out away from the wall. This created a large desk space to work from. When done, the table was pushed up to the wall and under an upper portion of the desk area and opened up the area. Very nice! There was a large television on the wall and it swiveled so we could view it from anywhere in the main area of the room. There were plenty of television channels to watch and there was a channel guide and it was accurate, unlike other hotels. Under the television area was a large padded bench along the wall where one could sit if they wanted to. Next to that was a large closet to hang clothes. Between the main room and bathroom was the microwave and coffee maker. Again, unlike many other hotels, this one hotel was fully stocked with coffee, creamer and sugars. The bathroom was spacious and my wife said if we ever build a house, that is the shower she wants. It was a large walk-in shower and like all Holiday Inn Express hotels these days, there are three dispensers with push buttons for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The mirror was one of those with the lights around it. Again, my wife wants one of those for our bathroom. In the morning, we found our receipt slid under the door. We went to have breakfast in the lobby area and there were good choices. There was a staff member there who dished up our order to comply with COVID-19 policies. Every person we met who worked at this hotel was friendly and nice to talk with. We know, in our journeys, that should we have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again - we would have absolutely no second thoughts of staying here. And ironically, this particular Holiday Inn Express was less expensive than others we stayed at in other cities on this same time away from home.
