  Great stay!

  Fantastic hotel experience. Better than many higher price hotels. Modern, clean, amazing staff and breakfast, internet included. A surprising gem. All Holiday Inns should be like this one. Other chains can also learn from this one.

  Newer hotel great staff

  Stayed one night for business. Good location the front desk staff (Hanna?) was extremely helpful. Nice work out room with plenty of equipment. Typical larger rooms and a good free breakfast. I would stay here again

  Impressed with everything

  I was in Lehi for the birth of my 4th grandchild. I got in town with some allergy issues going on. To be sure that it was just that and nothing more, since Corona had made its way to the US. I stayed here the first 2 night. Now for my thoughts of the staff and hotel. Yall, this staff is young, probably nobody over 30. Every single person I encountered gave some of the BEST customer service I have ever had in any hotel, including 5* resorts. While daughter was in hospital having baby, I stayed with the other 3 kids, came back for 4 more nights before leaving for home. The location is perfect, many food choices, right across the street. Oh and a Starbucks at the corner..WIN WIN I will be back Huge Thanks to the entire HIE Staff.

  The employees are disrespectful.

  The location is clean however, the employees are very disrespectful and treated me with disdain. The employee I believe her name is kenzie i believe I heard her call me insulting names when i was walking away from the front desk to another employee. You could tell that this employee does not care regardless of the business talk. I could tell that she was just trying to devalue me and treat me with disrespect right from the beginning when i checked in to this hotel. It is crazy that they think people would like to pay to be insulted and called names its outragious. another thing i believe was weird is that she kept trying to go with me to my room which i said is unnecessary. The hotel is clean though.

  No employee social distancing

  We stay at this hotel often. The property is great. New, clean, and great location. In the past the employees have either respected the 6 social distancing space or put on a mask. This time, none of the front desk employees wore masks. We would be okay with this if they respected social distancing. That was not the case. For example, on several occasions, employees walked within 1-2 feet of us with no mask while we wore our masks. One front desk employee even started helping with serving breakfast without a mask. Love the property, just wish employees took extra precautions.
