  Dog Friendly

  This HIE is definitely dog friendly. We have a large dog and it is hard to find lodging that will allow him. He was not only allowed here, but welcomed. There is a great dog walking area included on the property. Also, only $10 per night extra charge! Would highly recommend if you are travelling with your pet.

  Overnight

  really nice hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than satisfactory. Wife loved the JR Watkins shampoo/conditioner - now just gotta find it :). Breakfast was really good, more so than most places. Indoor pool was very warm and nice. Bed was awesome. Best wife had slept in ages.

  Amazing customer Service

  Amazing customer service by a very nice employee Ty who gets extra credit for his great service can do positive attitude. I would give this person a raise he did such a great job. His professionalism and genuine concern for each customer was evident and I expect great things for his future.

  Lavalle Holiday Inn

  Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly front desk staff. They allow small pets so that was awesome. The room was clean, upgraded. I would definitely recommend this property. Also right next door is Datri which was also good for dinner and right down the road was a very nice cracker barrel.

  Outstanding Holiday Inn

  I drove out to Cumberland to get my driver's license renewed at their MVA. As it was a 2 and a half hour drive for me and didn't want to take a chance on traffic the day of my appointment with MVA (it was in the morning), I drove out in the evening and stayed 1 night here. When I arrived, I found plenty of parking spaces so no problems there. My check in went very smoothly and, I found the receptionist very courteous and helpful. When I got to my room, I found a sticker sealing it that said the room had been sanitized. When I entered the room, I found it immaculate and tastefully decorated. The room had a single cup Keurig machine with 2 Green Mountain coffee k-cups and a Bigelow English Breakfast Tea k-cup. I'd heard every room has a Keurig machine and had brought a couple of my own to take advantage of it. I tried the hotel's free Wi-Fi and found it worked fine. The hotel offers a free breakfast and I decided to try it out the next morning. Some items like the omelets and sausage were served by a courteous masked and gloved food server. Others, patrons could get themselves. Social distancing was in force but, I was the only one in the dining room so, this wasn't an issue. Overall, I found the free breakfast pretty good. When it came time for check out, it went equally smoothly. And, I was on my way within 5 minutes. Overall, I was really pleased with this Holiday Day Inn Express. My rate was $85 for the night which I thought was a good deal. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Cumberland area.
