  Overnight Stop

  My family and I were well pleased with our stay here! The hotel was very easy to find off of the interstate. We were welcomed with smiles and friendly greetings. I enjoyed the complimentary infused water! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were impressed specifically with the soft towels, just like home. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the service was impeccable. Vanessa went above and beyond to take care of our family. Vanessa was friendly, conversational, and personal about the care she provided us! We really appreciated her and are thankful for our stay at Holiday Inn Express.

  Excellent Accommodations and Customer Service

  My boyfriend and I took a last minute trip from Toronto to Florida recently and we didnt book any accommodations ahead of time, simply because we didnt know where we would end up. We called this hotel on our drive into Jacksonville due to some positive reviews on here and from the moment we spoke with the individual who answered the phone until the time of check out we were treated with such kind and welcoming customer service. There were two ladies at the front desk (sorry we didnt catch their names) and a gentleman who may have been a guest? who were so nice, they took the time to give us some suggestions of where to go to check out some of the tourist sites in town and directed us to Jax Beach which we absolutely loved. Our room was spacious and clean and our bed was so comfy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next day and it was perfect. There is an all day coffee station set up for weary travellers and the breakfast station has all essentials for a hearty breakfast. Breads, Juice, eggs, bacon and turkey sausage, cereals, and the most amazing pancake machine that works by simply putting a plate under and pressing a button. There was a petite blond lady who helped in the breakfast area who truly deserves a mention, she was bubbly and happy and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job and in turn made everyone feel very welcome. All in all a terrific experience and worth every penny. The only negative thing we would mention is that the ground floor suites are so close to the parking lot and sidewalk of the lobby that its almost impossible to keep your blinds open for any natural sunlight without feeling that everyone can see you laying on the bed or dressing in the room. Not sure what can be done to fix that? Next time we would simply request a second floor suite for that reason. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, and see you again soon for another impromptu road trip.

  I stopped by the Holiday Inn Expess & Suites in Jacksonville, Fl on Suemac Road to use the computer. Sylvia assisted me with the printer, scanner and creating a file to be emailed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the hospitality she showed me. Very kind and professional. Thank you Sylvia. Appreciate you so much!!!!! Me and my family will be staying there because of how you treated me. Can't find that type of service from people these days. You go girl

  Second Visit; Exceptional Staff & Standards Exceed Expectation in this Current Pandemic Environment!

  Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville W - I-295 and I-10; Stayed 21-23 November 2020; the outside visual appeal of a hotel speaks volumes on arrival, and this hotel was clean with neat landscaping; the hotel front desk clerks were very welcoming in making us feel at home! They represented the company in a positive manner and should be commended for their friendly yet professional interaction; for the hotel, it was clearly evident that management and employees take pride in the upkeep of this property and following all CDC safety protocols reference to the current COVID-19 pandemic the world is experiencing; signs were up, hand sanitizer stations were numerous throughout the hotel, specifically areas such as on each floor by the elevators, the front desk, and the breakfast area; we were very pleased with EVERYTHING; the room was spacious and very clean; natural and room lighting is great; plenty of outlets throughout for charging mobile devices via USB or regular electric socket; AC was super cold/comfortable; the hot continental breakfast was really good, with the attendant serving each person individually due to the safety precautions mentioned earlier, and the area well maintained with plenty of options for everyone including those who maintain caloric intake; management and the staff are seriously to be commended for the extra care taken and demonstrated for the guests in this pandemic environment; we definitely would highly recommend this location if visiting the Jacksonville, Florida area; you will not be disappointed.
