  Quality stay at a wonderful location

  Friendly service, good breakfast and a nice, convenient area made this an ideal location for me when in Houston visiting family. Whats nice is that this similar to other new HI Express location but also distinctly its own. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

  Awesome, Helpful , Honest

  Well I had a nightmare with third party booking.Christine at the front desk was awesome and took care of the problem on her end. Extremely satisfied! Customer service is always going to be #1 4me thnx

  Will definitely stay here again!

  We walked in the door and the lady at the front desk was helping an elderly fella with directions to a restaurant. When finished, Miss Blair checked me and my business partner in, unlike a LOT of places I've stayed recently, she had an awesome demeanor and personality rather social skills of a brick....just hope her boss knows they have a keeper! The property itself is above average for HIE, it's super clean, housekeeping takes pride in the place!

  Will not return - should have read more reviews.

  Incredibly bad customer service - Brittany at the front desk needs proper IHG customer service training and should provide information regarding breakfast, pool and fitness center info during Covid time to all that check-in. As a platinum member I get this level of service at other IHG hotels and expect the same especially at a newer location. When I dialed front desk on my room phone - it routes to someones personal cell phone voicemail. Not kidding - I am assuming this is a manager or owners phone. This is shocking to me, if their is an emergency this phone line needs to be properly routing for safety and security support. I found the selection of cable channel stations to be weak and not up to par. The cable TV kept turning off while watching. Note: the doors have large gaps under so you can hear everything in the hallway and the walls are VERY VERY thin. For those of us that travel often and depend on that good nights sleep and that reliable IHG service level - this hotel fails.

  GREAT service - will gladly book again.

  Covid-19 hit the world when we were on vacation in the states so we were forced to leave the country by our foreing-ministry. We were not able to cancel our reservation at this lovely hotel - however they provided such great service and refunded us our money anyway. When it is again possible to travel to the states, we will GLADLY book this hotel again and look forward to actually staying there:) THANK you Tina from Holiday Inn Express & Suites!!
