  Ubicación conveniente y confort

  En realidad estuve hospedado pocas horas en este hotel, más que todo para poder descansar un poco durante una larga escala. Sin embargo pienso que tuve un descanso de calidad. La suite muy amplia y cómoda con todas las facilidades (escritorio de trabajo, kitchenette, juego de recibo, 2 televisores), cama increíble y el Internet súper rápido. Hotel convenientemente ubicado cerca del aeropuerto con shuttle para los traslados aeropuerto-hotel y viceversa sin costo adicional, y el personal tanto de recepción como el conductor del shuttle fueron muy amables y cordiales. De volver a Houston y/o alrededores sin duda me hospedaría en este hotel nuevamente.

  Excelente Hotel

  Muy buen hotel. Todo limpio y arreglado. Como un hotel nuevo. Tiene todo lo basico. Servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y un variado desayuno! Altamente recomendado Hablan ingles y español... excelente atencion!

  De lo mejor en la zona

  Hotel nuevo, limpio, camas y almohadas confortables, bien ubicado entre la I45 y la 8. Si te gusta la comida mexicana como los Tacos, Huevos, menudo y pozole, hay un restaurante muy cerca llamado Tacos El Dorado, delicioso! Súper recomendable!

  Spring break in Houston

  Great accommodations couldn't really have asked for better good breakfast nice clean safe room a place to get things across the street easy access to the craziest traffic I've ever seen on I-45 but that's not the hotel's fault also easy access to Beltway 8 which is a much better and safer road to drive on than I-45 is I will be staying again

  No Hot Water

  Id like to take this opportunity to express my disappointment with this property. I checked in on 4.26 to 4.27. I didnt use the shower that night, but my friend did. I went to shower that morning and there was no hot water. I called the front desk around 10:40a and she said maintenance was working on it and itll be 20 minutes. In the midst of that I called my friend and asked when they showered last night was there hot water and they said no. I wish they wouldve said something then. I asked for a later checkout so that I was able to shower and she said 12p. I gave that 20mins an hour and the hot water was still not working. Called the front desk and she said maintenance reset the boiler and it should be working in 20 minutes. I said well you said that an hour ago. Now what are we going to do about the room? She offered to do half off the room rate and I said okay. I know up until I checked out there was still no hot water. Im sure I wasnt the first person to have checked in that night or the first to mention it. It shouldve been mentioned at check in and I wouldve found another hotel. Hot water is essential and it is not accommodating when you do not have it. I will not be visiting this hotel again nor will I recommend for other travelers.
