  The lobby is bright, colorful, and clean. The luggage carts are superior to most we have dealt with. Friendly, competent staff. Room was spacious and clean. The towels were not sand paper like, yet not the fluffiest ever. The breakfast was as expected. Fruit was fresh! Plenty of everything. Clean area.

  Stay somewhere else

  I can say I have never had a bad experience at a IHG property until I stayed here. I went to move the bench in the room and the side fell off. When we checked out I told the desk clerk about it and she said thanks and they would check it out. Several hours later I get a call informing me they think I broke the bench and would be charging me $150.00. I tried to tell them I didn't do it, but was informed they didn't care. I asked to speak with the General Manager and was told she was unavailable and they wouldn't tell me when she would be in or give her contact information. I have been a IHG member for a very long time with pretty good status and was treated like crap. There are other hotels in the Tulsa area. I would suggest staying somewhere else. Thank you Elsa Martinez and Ashley Coldin for treating a long time IHG customer like crap.

  BEWARE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

  Cussing, arguing, loud, constant, in the next room, the hotel was full, no other room to move to, we understood, we asked to not be charged and we would go to another Holiday Inn, we were refused, only 1 person working in the hotel, she did come up to the room and heard the situation, she agreed it was unacceptable, she called the manager, manager refused to do anything, manager said she was not going to lose her sell out for this situation, room untouched, pictures were taken as we left to prove that nothing was used or out of place, do NOT stay here - if there is any unusual situation you will be stuck with no resolution and charged for no service - and I am a basic rewards member and get this lousy service - trust me - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - you will be glad you did

  I loved this place and I travel 14 days a month

  Smart TV, Indoor pool, great staff and great breakfast! THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS AND PILLOWS EVER ! Real Kcup coffee, microwaves and a fridge in the rooms and even rolling desks. I just wish there were more restaurants close by.

  Nice place overrall and decent priced but I was kept up all night with people in and out the side exit door and it sounded like people were throwing themselves on the floor above me and up and down the stairs til 2 in the morning! I woke up early anyways after a long drive up from Texas hoping to enjoy the complimentary breakfast that the pictures showed to be a hot breakfast with pancake and cereal stations, i get up to the front and the lady says they have nutrigrain bars and orange of apple juice that i can have as many as i want! Umm gee thanks...and the oj was frozen so i couldnt even drink it. If you are simply looking for a bed this is your place considering your area choices. Shouldnt advertise ammenities you dont actually have.
