  Beautiful hotel but overpriced

  Would stay again if priced differently, was $14 higher than the HIE off 285/85 in Smyrna the night before, very nicely decorated hotel, clean room except for ottoman that had stains that appeared to be "male",would not get close to it since it seemed fairly fresh in room 524. Nice walk-in shower, great parking, wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed.

  Top Hotel and the Best Staff

  Loved my stay here, made to feel really at home and all the staff were excellent but must single out liliya for being so helpful and caring. The hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean, the rooms were excellent, loved the power shower. Plenty of restaurants close by and Walmart just across the road, also worth a trip into the old Town Square as its great, would definitely stay here again.

  Excellent hotel and great for vampire diaries fans

  I went to Covington to see mystic falls and do the vampire diaries tour. This hotel was only about 7 minutes away from mystic falls and was super nice! The staff was so friendly and the room so so nice! It was clean and up to date. If I ever visit Covington again, I will for sure stay here.

  Disregard for COVID rules

  There are signs all over saying that masks are required in common areas, but so many guests seemed not to care and nobody was enforcing anything, or even politely asking people to mask up. Worse yet, I saw 2 employees without masks and even the woman at the front desk had hers hanging below her nose. I won't ever stay there again and put my family at risk. If you see masks as a political statement and want to be part of the death cult, this is your place. If you have any regard for yourself and want to protect your fellow Americans, stay somewhere else.

  EXCELLENT hotel near city center

  Great rate, WONDERFUL hotel only two miles from Covingtons central square. Fully updated, gorgeous fluffy pillows and duvet. Coffee maker in room, free breakfast offered. Front staff were super pleasant. Really liked this hotel!
