  Wonder

  Location was easy to get to. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean. I enjoyed the big shower. The pool area is quite and clean. The bed was comfortable and soft. Local is great to be able to walk to restaurants. I recommend this place.

  Good Location; Clean Rooms; Some Minor Issues

  I chose this hotel due to its great location - right off I-85 beside the Tanger Outlets. I only spent one night there. I noticed the office staff were not at the front desk at check-in or check-out as they were located in a room behind the front desk which I thought was odd. The room itself had kind of a musty odor when we entered it but the room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioner was very loud at times during the night and we could hear the people upstairs running around at night. We did not have a tub towel to place on the floor by the shower. The breakfast is advertised as "buffet style" but there needs to be more choices than what they had. The omelets were overdone but the pancake machine was a neat surprise. When I returned home, I noticed I had another charge on my credit card (in addition to the actual room charge). However, the next day it was gone. I guess that they hold an additional charge on your credit card? I have never had this happen before without being notified. Overall, this is a very nice property and I would recommend it to anyone visiting that area.

  Nice stay for a 2-night visit

  We stayed here in February of 2019 because we couldn't find anything in Athens that wasn't super pricey. It's about a 10-15 minute drive, but it is almost a straight shot, so not too bad. The hotel was nicely kept. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. My 15 year old was happy, so we were happy. The staff that we encountered were all super nice. The parking lot was a bit crowded. It is a shared parking lot with another hotel. Parking may be limited depending on whats happening in the area. I would definitely stay here again instead of staying in Athens.

  No misses here

  Holiday Inns can be hit or miss...I've found one that was a home run...the King room with the shower you can stay for a week, very comfortable. For those that are selective you will find this space accommodating, clean, Front desk exceptional (Olivia), cleaning staff hardworking and familiar with the property. I did not worry about Covid here..nice location close to Tanger and shopping.

  Great Stay

  COVID protocols in place. The Girl at the front desk (Stephanie, I think) was delightful. Check In was a breeze. Lobby, Breakfast Area and Our Room were very clean. Bed and Pillows were oh so comfortable. Great one night stay as we passed through Commerce.
