  Very comfortable and quiet.

  We had a wonderful stay, the place was clean and staff friendly. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it, we were there only to sleep on our long drive. They had breakfast even with Covid but it was prepackaged items. Oatmeal with hot water, granola bars and yogurt. Very nice place, happy we stayed there.

  Looks clean, unless you really look.

  At first glance, this hotel looks pretty good. I think since it is still pretty new, but once that wears off this place will suffer unless they make some changes now. The pool tiles are COATED with brown scum. Just scrub it! Why wouldn't they tend to that? The water was cloudy and the tiles are extremely slippery. I could hardly enjoy myself because I was begging my children not to touch the gross walls of the pool. The hallway walls are all scuffed, banged and dirty and in need of vacuuming. The halls need cleaned and repaired. Again, so simple. The carpet in the room was stained and sticky, but its still new, so the illusion of clean is there. The baseboard of the shower and the soap bottles were dirty. The mattress protector had blood on it. Either management or housekeeping needs changed or made aware, because these are things that can be addressed now before bad reviews come rolling in. Cleanliness is the most important to me, and while the tabletops, pillows, and mirrors were clean, it just wasn't enough. Staff was friendly. Patio was extremely enjoyable, however it was covered in cigarette butts. I know people are disgusting, and I couldn't imagine cleaning up after them, but it's literally their job. I hope they make the needed changes. Stay here for an affordable night, but wear socks in the room and bring clorox wipes.

  Good not Great

  This hotel has the bones to be a great hotel, what it doesnt have is the oversight of good management. Some lights were unplugged, there were no hangers in the closet, and the mini fridge had more ice than the attic built up in it, but whatever. The bigger problems were no conditioner in the pumps in the shower, a broken light in the bathroom, sticky floors, a messed up window arrangement, and just generally not cleaned to the standards Ive come to expect from IHG. Unfortunately, the hallways were also dirty and the trash can in the lobby was literally over flowing. Also, be warned, they arent doing a full breakfast because of COVD-19, which I completely understand and have no issues with. One thing you almost never here me complain about is customer service, however one member of the staff did have a personality, and not in a good way, but oh well. Over all, for the price and the area, it was an okay room, though Id stay elsewhere just because there are several great hotels nearby.

  Excellent place to stay for visiting Lindner Center of Hope in Mason Oh, & close hospitals

  Fantastic comfortable beds, very clean, only 3 yrs. old, so everything almost new. Very clean!! Will stay here again when needing it for appointments. Huge TV, wonderful soft lighting in room for watching TV. Large bathroom, with all white sink. Keurig maker for tea, coffee, small fridge, microwave. Charging shelf for cell phones. Room darkening pull down shade. Lots of nice pillows!! Excellent chocolate chip muffins to go along with orange juice that was not bitter, coffee, tea, bagels, pop tarts, yogurts. Quiet. Easy access from Liberty Way exit to Cox Rd. Very close to the hospitals about a mile away. Close to lots of restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Walmart is at the next exit south. Really enjoyed our stay there on 4th floor, during bad weather, to be on time for appointment at Lindner Center next morning - just 14 mins. east off Tylersville Rd.

  Excellent hotel

  Super clean, comfortable bed and great rate. Quiet as well (except brief argument outside my room -- a quick cracking open of my door and a stare-down fixed that). Only real issue was the rack in the shower that holds the soap and shampoo bottles -- it was broken. No biggie. Would go back in a heartbeat.
