  Great hotel

  Great location very friendly and very clean. They are taking covid clean to the next level. Very friendly staff. It's close to all sights but not downtown which is great. I would certainly stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone.

  Great motel

  We had an awesome experience at the Holiday inn Express. Room was clean and spacious, pool was great and staff helped with whatever we needed. Grab & go breakfast was good with many options compared to the other motels we have stayed in.

  Charleston the City and Sullivans Island was the beach

  Great Location for the beach and to go to Charleston, SC. The staff was helpful and very good at taking care of all our problems. Room was clean and the cleaning staff kept the hotel in perfect condition. Even with COVID 19 in place we felt they were doing all they could do to help keep us safe.

  Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We arrived for our stay at 1130pm on a Wednesday evening. Checked in to the hotel and went to our room...Lets remember that we are in the midst of a pandemic and the cleaning is suppose to be heightened! We get into room 222, when first walking in the room we smelt something that wasnt right. As we start unpacking and putting our kids drinks into the mini frig, thats when we find the smell! Food from the last guest was still in the frig along with a coffee pod still in the Keurig from the last guest. I call down to the front desk, she apologizes and moves us to room 220! At this point, its 12:30am and we are moving rooms. Get into room 220, and guess what??!!!! FOOD from the previous guest is in the frig AGAIN!!! At this point we are livid!!!!! Call to the front desk AGAIN, told her I needed a manager ASAP and that I thought cleaning had been heightened lite of Covid-19. She tells me no manager is on duty until 8:30am. The next morning when speaking to the manager, all she could do was shake her head and apologize. I dont understand how TWO different people can miss food in TWO different rooms. The front desk manager said that the maid cleans the room and a maid manger inspects behind them. And get this, they only knocked off $60 of the stay for the nasty roomS they put us in! TWICE!! Never again will we be back!!!! Disgusting!!

  My daughters wedding

  My family stayed for three day for my daughters wedding. Earl ( Mgr ) and his entire staff were wonderful. We were there for a celebration and they helped make it a great one. Thanks Earl ... Love you man
