  Great motel great staff great location

  This motel is fantastic, it's is brand new and really nice, the staff is super helpful and very friendly, has an awesome gym, great pool and hot tub, if you are in this part of Texas stay here!! Oh and by the way I highly recommend staying in the suite they rock, has a kitchenette, living room area, and a large restroom.

  Only sensible choice in town

  It's very nice. Friendly staff. Nice neat rooms. Looks freshly updated. I had an upgraded room, there were plates, bowls and plastic silverware. I stay almost exclusively at Holiday inns and this one is a lot nicer than I expected for the size of town.

  Great place

  Not a single complaint from someone that stays in more than 100 rooms a year. My pet peeve is the usual check in process. They were very quick and had us on our way I'm a couple of minutes. Clean comfortable rooms. Plenty of towels and a good work place.

  Comfy bedding

  My sister and I were in town visiting family and found the accommodations very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and the staff was most helpful. Only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars, was the hot breakfast. Everything was cold and the eggs were terrible, they didn't taste like eggs. Bagels looked old and wrinkled. We had breakfast somewhere else. We in enjoyed our visit to this quaint little town.

  GREAT SERVICE FROM THE START

  As I checked in on Sunday afternoon, I had driven most of the day and was tired. I knew that I was going to be in Carrizo Springs for the next couple of days and I was hoping that I could get a nice comfortable room that I could also work in that wasn't to cramped. I was greeted with a smile from Ms. Jessica J., and I asked her if she would kindly upgrade me as I explained my situation. Thank you Ms. Jessica J., for your kind smile, and for a job very well done. This lady gave me a very comfortable room, very quiet, and just what I was hoping to get. Service is the key to life! Ms. Jessica J. hit a home run, along with the rest of the staff at this hotel. Sweet Lady, keep up the good work! I will return to this hotel when I come back to Carrizo Springs for sure.
