Holy Cow the May FliesBeautiful new hotel next to and owned by Loves Travel Stops. I recommend a room on the east side of the building. Everything was nice from check in, to the room to breakfast. They had a serious May Fly problem the morning of checkout. Not their fault, but holy cow there were millions of them everywhere.

Restful night & meets all the Covid-19 protocols! On our way to Zion National Park, we needed a hotel with easy access to the freeway. This hotel was the perfect layover. It's a newer hotel with a great staff. We were greeted warmly by the front desk...and yes, they wore their masks. Our room and the public areas of the hotel were very clean. We found the bed & pillows comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet and efficient. Because of Covid-19, staff takes your order with a smile. The menu is abbreviated, but we found it adequate. My husband & I will definitely stay again!

Convenient and ComfortableOur room was spacious and well furnished. The amenities were not bad at all. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly. All staff observed COVID protocol. It was a restful night due to the bed and pillows. I was honestly surprised by the comfort level. The complementary (observing social distancing) was a nice touch. This is a place well worth returning to.

DANGER DANGER20 People without masks blocking the elevator. Manger says "small local wedding" I will be afraid for the next 14 days. I will never stay here again. They say they follow the rules, but logic is out the window. Avoid if you value your health.

Maybe nice without the pandemicChecked in for one night after a long day on the road. Nice new looking conveniently located hotel, spotless lobby with COVID related markings and sanitizer and signs everywhere saying "Masks required". Felt good about it. Then... We'd booked a (more expensive) suite here based on their website's statement "acoustic door separating bedroom", which makes it sound like there are multiple rooms. Turns out it's a larger room, but there's no physical separation between sitting and sleeping areas. When I asked the front desk attendant (Kirsten) she had no idea what that meant, said there were no such rooms at the hotel at all, apologized for the confusion and deposited a few bonus rewards points in our account. While I'm still pretty annoyed at the misleading information, the gesture was appreciated. The room looked mostly clean; however we did see a couple of stray hairs in the bathtub (!) and a couple of dusty areas. So tired at this point we ran super hot water & soap for a while before showering and just tried not to think about it. Beds were comfy and clean though and we slept well. The hotel was nowhere near full... however, I would say more than half of the guests we encountered in the halls and lobby were not wearing masks, despite all the signage. Staff was wearing masks themselves, but not enforcing. Relevant tangent: because of all of that, on our way back through Brigham City a week later we stayed at a different hotel. While the room setup was what we were looking for, disappointing housekeeping and a lack of masks on guests were prevalent there as well. So, perhaps some of these issues had more to do with Brigham City, Utah (where COVID cases spiked significantly shortly after we'd visited) than with this specific hotel. So... with all of that said, based on my experience I'd say I'd probably stay here again 1) if Brigham City was really the best option on a road trip and 2) if I wasn't worried about a pandemic.
