  Nice Facility for an Overnight Stay

  Stayed at this hotel while attending a local business meeting. Arrived late and parking was very limited, however, there was available parking on the street which accommodates RVs, campers, U-Hauls, etc. When I asked if street parking was allowed (didnt want to be towed), I was told I could park with other cars in the fire lane. Not sure I really like that in case of an emergency, so left the car on the street. The check-in person, breakfast attendant, etc. were all friendly, but you could tell that they were not 100% confident in the role; maybe new or inexperienced? Anyway, the room was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the towels were soft and stain free. The breakfast was pretty basic and what you would expect (eggs, sausage, cereals, pastries, etc.). I did not see a pool or Jacuzzi at this location, but maybe I missed it. The business center and gym were both pretty small with just the basics. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend if in the area due to the price point, location to fairly nearby conveniences (gas, drug store, restaurants, etc.) and overall cleanliness.

  Kaylee was so helpful

  Kaylee was a pleasant end to a long night of searching for a last minute hotel due to horrible experiences at the crown plaza in concord (wet carpet and chemical smelly old room) and holiday inn (booked us online and then called to say no rooms available a block from their hotel) in Brentwood. Called Hampton and they accommodated us at almost 11pm. Sweet Kaylee offered us refreshments and was such a nice end to our day. Finally a nice, clean room. Thank you.

  Good for Business and Familys Too!

  While having work done on our place, we stayed at this Holiday Inn. It was clean and comfortable. Some noise from the highway, but mostly from the trucks that fly by at 50 mph! At least they pretty much disappeared after 10pm or so. Didnt use any of their facilities, only the room. Restaurants and shopping centers are only a few minutes away. A gas station and car wash too!

  I expected more

  My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express kind of by accident. We were going to Oakland to see the Raiders and Titans play. It was raining so hard, well we ended up here. Anyway a small town and was still had to pay $180 on Saturday and $150 on Sunday. Kinda pricey but clean. The compimentary breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am so it was for early risers. We werent able to enjoy it on Sunday but oh well. On Monday morning we were able to partake in it but I felt uncomfortable because the lady that worked there was following us around. Not so much to help us but maybe as though we were going to take something? My wife and I are both professionals and although I may look like someone you would not want to meet at night its really not the case. Anyway I was not impressed by the place. And its a shame. Its a Holiday Inn afterall.

  Taken advantage of

  Given one price but we paid $100.00 more then quoted, tried to talk to the person at the desk to no avail Had to plunge our own toilet no offer of breakfast dirty at check out tried to charge even more . Even though this was super close to our family, would never book here again. When I first called and told her the prices were different on the booking sites, she told me to call them, I should of know then I was in trouble.
