  Bizz trip.

  First time in the hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Nice front desk people, friendly staff. The facility includes a gym. Lot of parking space. Like most the hotels it is placed by the route to Houston. Recommended place to stay

  Clean, New, Well Run

  I just spent a couple of days on a business trip here. It's new, the rooms are big, the staff is friendly and the manager is on top of it. The free breakfast had several entree choices and was fresh and hot. The bed was really comfortable. The TV was big enough--not the 32" bargain TV you find in some hotel rooms. This is a nice place in a nice little town. I'd definitely stay here again.

  Amazing hospitality

  The manager at this hotel is very engaged in all activities. He was present at breakfast ensuring everyone had what they needed and again greeting us in the evening with offers of cold drinks. Popcorn is available every afternoon through evening. The room was very large and clean with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows.(I stayed in a king studio.)The bathroom was larger than most other brands I've stayed in. I was happy to see that this hotel didn't cheap out with a smaller flat screen that you can't see across the room like some of the well known brand hotels. This was a large flat screen with many channels available. The breakfast was very good with a large selection. Breakfast- They served two types of eggs, two types of sausage and biscuits and gravy along with oatmeal, cereal, fruit and many more items.As a nurse I appreciate the fact that they provide a selection that would accommodate any type of diet restriction.I travel for work and normally stay at a Hilton or Marriott chain;however, this Holiday Inn Express has changed my mind.

  Long Term Stay

  Quiet, clean, & friendly place to stay. I'm here for almost a month on a business trip and my first 2 weeks have been excellent. Social hour on Wednesday was a real treat having a couple "free" beers, compliments of the hotel. Everybody on the staff has been cordial and helpful but most of the housekeepers don't speak English. The only "room for improvement" item is the second floor ice machine has been out of order since I arrived and I thought it should have been repaired by now.

  Nice

  Stayed here 2 days. Check in was a breeze. Front desk girl was very nice. Room is large and clean. Bathroom is clean and appropriately appointed. Nice towels. Bed is comfortable and I love there firm pillows. Lots of restaurants. Walmart down the street.
