  Mini vacation

  I recently visited the Holiday Inn Express in Fairburn Ga l cant say enough about how friendly kind and accommodating the staff were. l would like to give a special accommodation to Darius who greeted us at the front desk he was pleasant helpful and very accommodating for anything we needed he is definitely a asset to your hotel. Thank you again for making our stay a pleasant one.

  Great business stay!

  This hotel lives up to it's excellent reviews. The hotel looks great inside from its renovation, was clean, and everyone on the staff was welcoming and friendly. Booked one of the suites that had two rooms with a door between them with a TV in each. Great if you're traveling with someone and want to work or watch TV while they go to bed. The room was in the front of the hotel and quiet. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was basic, but good, with omelets, sausages, biscuits and gravy, cereals, breads, fruit, yogurt, etc. Received a warm greeting upon check in and each night by Darius at the front desk who also helped with advice about restaurants in the area. He has a great attitude and is the type of employee every hotel should have at the front desk. We were warmly greeted by other employees on the morning of departure. Have to say the manager must know what he or she is doing to have such a great staff and keeping the property looking nice!

  Surprisingly Perfect

  Stayed here one night with a tour group. Check-in and room assignments were a breeze. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. There are enough ports in the room to charge all devices. Despite there being a lot of people at the hotel, it was very quiet.

  Great Stay with Wonderful Staff!

  I just finished staying here and I had such a wonderful experience. I was living in Atlanta for work for 5 months. The staff at the Holiday Inn made my stay very enjoyable. I only have good things to say about my time here. The room was very clean, the hotel was nice and quiet, and the facilities were nice! Darius, the manager, made me feel like I had family there while I was away from home. I am very grateful for my time here.

  Christmas Week 2019 - Family Visit

  My family and I visited my brother in-law and sister in-law for Christmas and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atlanta Southwest-Fairburn and it was a tremendous stay. The staff is well trained and showed that great southern hospitality that's considered to be a staple of Atlanta. Oliver and Darius Mullen who worked the front desk were model customer service representatives. These two guys were top notch. Holiday Inn corporate really should consider promoting these men to a corporate level management/training position because they are a true representation of what the service industry should be. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when future travels calls for an Atlanta visit.
