  Todo perfecto

  Mi estadia fue execelente todo el personal muy amable siempre con una sonrisa el desayuno estubo perfecto las areas publicas y el cuarto muy limpos la cama muy comoda y muy espacioso defenitivamente regresaria.

  The People Made the Stay Excellent

  There were a couple of people who went above and beyond to make my stay excellent. In the kitchen Rory Davis was great. He took pride in what he was doing and took care of us! Thank you Rory. Great Job! Also, Johnathan Walker was helping in the dining area and also handling the front desk in the morning. He did a great job as well. There was also a lady (sorry I didn't get her name) at the front desk in the afternoon and she too was very helpful. The evening guy behind the desk did well too. He took most of the abuse for the elevators being out the whole time we were there.

  WARNING! do not let them copy your license

  Love this hotel and have stayed here on several occasions but now will stay 1/4 mile down the road at the Hampton Inn. When checking in showed my drivers license and credit card, standard procedure at any hotel. However, before I even realized the desk clerk had taken my license behind the wall and copied it. When I asked why this was done I was told desk clerks have been told to copy all drivers licenses as people are stealing their flat screen TV's from guest rooms. Hmmmm..not sure what good having a copy of my license will do them?! I suspect someone is up to no good and worry that my personal information has been violated. In the morning the GM was not in at this location...out of the country I believe is what I was told. So, I called Holiday Inn corporate and still have received no response from management. Phone number agent at corporate did say this is NOT an H.I. policy and is not acceptable by corporate standards. BEWARE! this may be innocent or may be someone trying to steal your identity. Desk clerks can look at your license but have no right to copy. Find another hotel if they try to do this to you!

  Mostly excellent stay

  I really have only one complaint - but it is a big one. The pool and hot tub are officially open all winter, but the pool is unheated, and the hot tub was barely warm. Since a hot tub soak is a hotel stay must for me, I was pretty bummed. Other than that, all was well. Staff was friendly and efficient, room was spotless, internet worked well. Breakfast was fine. I heard no noise from other rooms but occupancy seemed low. In all, it was a fine choice to stay while I was in town visiting family for the holiday.

  Excellent one night stay

  Seriously a great hotel. Stayed in an upgraded room. Very modern, comfortable, and clean! Beds were great. Robert at the front desk was so accommodating and thoughtful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever back in the area.
