  Decent hotel for a pre-flight stay

  I recently stayed here before a very early morning flight. The hotel is very typical of the HI Express brand, with everything you'd expect to experience if you've stayed at others. The room was basic but clean and nice. I had two issues with it. As with all HI Express hotels, when you turn the bathroom light on the fan comes on. It isn't possible NOT to have the fan run and it's very annoying. Secondly, although there was a little note in the room about their new mattresses, I found it to be much too soft. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast but I'm guessing it was similar to other HI Express properties. All in all, this was a good choice for an overnight.

  Not Bad for an airport hotel.

  We stayed here for one night as we had a 6:30am flight. They have a very reasonable Park and Fly room rate. So, we left at 4:30am on the hotel shuttle to the airport. It was on time and we got to the airport in about ten minutes. We did not get any breakfast, it was too early. It begins at 6:00am, I think. The room was pretty much standard HI Express. The printer and computer were not functioning very well and we were unable to print our boarding passes. Not really a big deal. The front desk staff was pleasant and answered all our questions. I would stay here again, if I was flying out early.

  The last employee encounter spoiled review!

  I had scheduled the shuttle to pick me up for the Airport 5:30am, at 5:30am no shuttle. I approached the front desk attendant, with Morning, would you check to see when the shuttle is going to arrive? I scheduled for 5:30am she replies they will be here at 5:30, I said it is 5:30... she says its 5:29 then rolls her eyes... I show her my cell phone which shows 5:30am.. regardless the response of 5:29 with the eye roll was extremely unprofessional! Shows a very bad attitude regarding customers. This was check out on 01/12/2020. Up until this encounter the employees were pleasant and helpful.

  Used 1 night not a great place but clean and nice people got in late stayed for the night went on room was out dated they even had smoking rooms the shower wall was falling a part carpet was ripped and worn but like I said good enough for midnight till 10 oclock cant put the people down that work there they try to keep up with what they have

  A very nice stay.

  During this pandemic services are limited! That being said, they had a breakfast to go. The pool was closed. There is dining near by, as well as gas stations. Also very close to the airport. We were greeted as we came in the door, and made to feel welcome. The room was comfortable (the beds sit a little high off the ground). Our room had a huge t.v. a couch, microwave, refrigerator and a whole lot of outlets and USB ports.And real bed pillows!
