  Very clean, nice hotel,excellent service and helpful staffs

  Very clean , comfortable bed and pillows, bed sheets is spotless. Actually Im working also in one of the hotel in Edmonton airport, Im a housekeeping supervisor, but this properly exceeded my expectations regarding the cleanliness, excellent service, and working order of the room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful especially the guest service agent who helped and assisted us during our check-in, her name is Hind, shes so very professional, courteous and very accommodating. Nice and spacious room, very modern, I loved their mirror on the washroom, it has a light behind on it, huge shower room, complete amenities, swimming pool with slides, theres also a hot tub, nice fitness room, they do have a couch also that you can seat and relax while watching tv, good selection for the complimentary breakfast.   Loud

  I stayed at this location For 1 night and i can say its a good hotel. But I would suggest to hire someone that can understand good english. Also, while I was doing some work on my computer at their breakfast area, around 7 at night, the frontdesk staff who doesnt understand english was talking none stop to i supposed a a guest like me too. They were so loud and giggling while working. I can say pretty much 2 hours of talking. Yes, because by the time i went back to my room they are still there talking.

  Brand New, great room

  I love staying at the Red Deer Holiday Inn North. Its fairly new, it has a nice swimming pool, gym and breakfast. I would say its one of the best I stayed, and I am a loyal member of the brand. Internet is reliable too.

  Great beds, no movies :(

  Did a girl weekend here. The hotel doesnt supply movies and we were stoked to watch one. Instead the contract out to Telus Optik TV for which we could not drive a TV code to activate on the Telus site per instructions and the staff member who came up didnt know how to access the code either. He said Call Telus which is odd as I am with Rogers. I dont understand how my calling Telus would work when Holiday Inn has outsourced to them, not me? Anyways, nice place and good service, we just found that piece odd and a little disappointing.

  Awesome stay

  We had to stay here for a night while moving and had the best experience. Staff was kind and caring and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing somewhere to stay. I might have a weekend getaway for some mom time.
