  Nice Stay

  We spent a few nights while visiting family over the holidays. This is a new hotel in the area. Staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. Beds & pillows were very comfortable; WiFi works well in rooms; & its so nice to have a refrigerator & microwave in the room. The desk area is nice because there is a lot of flat surface so it was easy to keep our belongings off the floor. The free breakfast was fine; typical for a hotel like thispackages of oatmeal & cereals; lots of coffee & hot water for tea; some breads to toast; some type of egg dishes. Not much fresh fruit. Oh, yogurt too & cinnamon rolls (they seem to be known for these & they are tasty). The hotel is easy to get to, easy parking, & location makes it easy to get around the area. I did find noise to be a bit of an issue. I felt like the people above us must have taken apart their furniture every night around midnight & then rebuilt it (very loud! & I had ear plugs in). Hallway noise could be heard at times too. Our toilet did not flush well with just a small bit of toilet paper & we had to ask for a plunger. Its hard to know if this was just bad luck with one particular toilet or maybe a design flaw? Im sure we could have requested a move but that wasnt feasible since we were out a lot & would notice it late at night/early in the morning. Overall, our stay was fine & I think this hotel is priced well for the area.

  Business trip

  This was an excellent location for business in the Alexandria downtown area. We were able to avoid heavy traffic by staying in Pineville. The beds are extremely comfortable if you like a soft mattress. Breakfast was good with a number of offerings. The only complaint might be the Market prices for those little forgotten things or a snack were very high.

  Great place to stay

  Still a nice place to stay. Cleanest & nicest Pineville hotel. Other hotels are a block closer to fast food but this is the BEST place to stay in Pineville. Friendly staff Supportive management Clean Swanky lobby area Great entrance - breakfast area to gather and/work. Highly recommend this IHG.

  A Hotel That Cares

  My husband and I are locals that were displaced after a frozen water pipe burst in our home and made it inhabitable. During a ice/snow storm, we were able to book a room online, check-in to the hotel an hour later, and were greeted by warm, smiling faces. The staff, especially Krista, have went above and beyond to care for us and make our stay comfortable. The hotel is a new development. The amenities are clean, and the hot breakfast was one of the better ones I have experienced. The staff are adhering to COVID 19 guidelines and are taking measures to keep themselves and guests safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Great Hospitality

  Rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice. The breakfast was great. The eggs, sausage, and biscuits were very tasty. Krista worked the breakfast amazing and was very friendly and helpful, especially with my grandma. Thank you Krista.
